The absolute fraud of their advertising is amazing. Their pictures posted online show what they describe as a “like new” stove with no damage. The actual stove that is on the Naperville IL *** ** showroom floor looks like it was thrown down a flight of stairs. Dents and even rust! The salesperson said they have “no control” over the online ad? This is 100% fraudulent advertising.

Horrible customer service. Tried calling the store 3 times before we made the drive to purchase a refrigerator. We arrive to find that it shows available online but already sold in store days before.

The only thing listed was a scratch on the top. The photos have been taken down from the website, since the item is no longer available. They had it all wrapped and impossible to inspect, and pushed the clipboard in my boyfriend's face before he could even look at the product. Horrible experience. Should've known to expect that.
