I purchased a sectional on 1/16 after I was told by staff in the store that was sectional came connected (though the floor model was not). The couch delivered without any connections and it slides all over our tile floors. I emailed on 1/30, shortly after it delivered to inquire about the hardware to which I was told they would deliver to my home. ZERO RATING!!!! After 20 trips to the store in ******* ********I finally bought a dishwasher. The customer service was bitter sweet, which should have been my first red flag. Anyway, I selected a Magtag model that look new with a small dent because I heard it was a dependable model. I got it home, installed it . Well i could not wait to wash my first set of dishes, little did I know I was in for a series of big surprises. For starters, the dishwasher ran for 2 hours non stop.
