My technician was really good. He drove late to make it to my house to repair the garage the same day. He ended up finishing after 11 PM. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I had some concerns about the pricing, but they worked with me to resolve it. In the end the price was reasonable and the technician came the same day and stayed late at night to fix the problem.
Unbelievably fast response time! In less than an hour from making initial call I had a technician at my property. Tech was awesome, courteous, patient, knowledgeable and worked quickly to replace a 25 year old opener. Went above and beyond by adjusting door spring and cleaning and lubricating rollers and track. I can't believe how quiet and smooth it runs now.
Excellent company and excellent people! They're very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and fair priced. Whenever I have an issue with the garage, I get a technician sent out within the hour or early in the next morning. I've had really great luck with Stanley Garage Door & Gate Repair. Can't say enough about how good of a job they did. Doug came, listened to my issue, took a look, and got straight to work. Finished the job in no time, and even fixed a few additional things which would have caused issues. Reasonable price.
