SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN ALREADY! TriCon wanted approximately $300 upfront just to apply... yet had the audacity to not post ANY interior pics of a $3,000 / month rental. On top of that, they continue the insults by sending you a link for a "virtual tour" but then it asks you to pay $1.99. W T F ? Like it's a peep show... "for just $1.99 a minute you can view this HOT home...." LOL! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! SHUT IT DOWN!

This company seems very fraudulent. The first house we applied for they approved us for then all of a sudden said we didnt make enough. Luckily they gave me my holding fee back but not the applications. The second house we applied for they wanted us to sign the lease and pay the deposit before we could even see the home and could not provide us relevant information of the home that we were requesting such as appliances and state of the home. I am very disappointed in Tricon! We have been having issues since the day we signed our lease agreement. They include canceled maintenance request, being charge for renters insurance when we have our own per their request and provided requested documents, now it is trash pickup with ***************** We are going 2-3 weeks with trash overflowing into the streets and wildlife eating it and tearing things up. We are still currently renting. However the experience has been great. We did have a major issue with communication at the beginning. We got approved and filled all the paperwork needed but the rep was not getting back to us. We were moving from one end of ***** to the other in 3 days and had to complain for a response. They had a different rep finish up our paper work quickly and follow up. Since then they've been very accommodating and quick to respond to issues or concerns we have.

Tricon is the worst. From the day we moved in everything has been terrible. Both A/C units went out. We called in for a maintenance and everyone we talked with said they will send someone out. I called 5 times and talked with 5 different agents who acted like they cared about the fact that we had to sit in a house where temperature got up to 89 degrees. They all said the same things and promised that someone would call me soon and be out to fix it. No one never came and we had to pay for it ourselves. Called the local guy an... read more

Literally the worst rental experience I've ever had. This honestly feels like a scam. Maintenance is really untimely, even in an emergency, I had to wait 3 days. Phone staff and local ************* are the most useless staff I've ever encountered. the house is not in great shape and they try to **** off some maintenance on residents even when the maintenance to be done could not be helped by the resident. this company is Lazy and you'd be better off in an apartment than living in a Tricon home

The management in charge of getting our security deposit returned to us within 30 days of move out avoided contact for multiple weeks and our money is still missing after the 30 day period which is illegal per ***** state law. ******* Slayer, the women whom I was told was in charge avoided 5 phone calls, messages and emails from me over a 3 week period and still refuses to contact me, only allowing her assistant to reach out to me 2 days before the deadline to inform me that they were unsure of whether or not our money was s... read more

This company seems a bit sketchy. I have privacy concerns as well, why would a company require something so personal as bank statements to identify your ability to pay rent for a home in addition to the check stubs. This is not ok at all and has to be a violation of some sort. Just to do all of that hold money for a long amount of time then turn around and deny an application when all of it checks out. The customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go to the next, Im happy Im pretty sure I dodged a bullet.
