Currently being forced to pay something I don't owe. I paid my previous lease out & decided to re-sign. All of a sudden, there's $210.00 on my account and a million different stories of how it got there!!! I've never lived month to month, which was the first lie!!! There wasn't a balance on my account before I re-signed, which was the second lie!!! Went through an application for a house and made sure all documentation was in order. They said they needed $360, which I thought was outrageous, but I really liked the house.Days later they tell me they didn't like the picture of my dog and that it shared characteristics with restricted breeds. He's a lab mix and the farthest thing from a restricted breed you can find.They're refunding $250 but keeping one hundred and ten dollars b/c someone doesn't like the look of a dog? I have lived in this rental house for around 5 years. Tricon has always helped with maintenance issues. I always paid on time and had no complaints until now that auto payment ended in December and I didn't realize beforehand. I paid a few days later but Tricon charged me a 7% late fee... I asked them to waive the fees but they were not flexible at all. They are greedy.

I put in an application 2 rent a property thru this company. I read the requirements of renting on their website, I pd the application fee & $250 I received an email stating approved pending ID, I resent my ID I received a phone call asking 4 two more checks stubs &my Jan **** statement.Remind u I sent the required check stubs no where on the website it states a **** statement so when I called & sd I feel uncomfortable showing them my **** statement cause I feel that my personal business the Lady was very rude & sd I can sen... read more

Tricon has been amazing to rent from. We began renting in Feb 2020 just as Covid 19 showed its ugly face. They have been patient and kind thru the whole pandemic. If we contact them. Concerning a maintenance issue they are right on it. Within just a few days they are here for any repairs. Thank you, Tricon *********************

I moved to ******* in 2019 straight into a home from Tricon, then I went on vacation immediately after. While I was overseas I received a disturbing phone call stating that there was a drainage issue. If you take a bath the face basin would overflow, if you flush the toilet the shower would not drain properly etc. Let the problems begin!! I hate these kind of issues especially since I have not even been in the house for a month yet. Fast forward, maintenance came and fixed it the guy was thorough I must say. been resident for one almost a year sign up for auto pay on the 1st of every month. This has happened twice in 10 months if there is a billing error between the 1st of the month and 5th of the month that is corrected, and is not in your favor, you will not be able to to receive a refund of the online payments service fee, and will be charged the additional **** fee in order to avoid a late fee. I have been a resident of for over 3 years. I just want to say that this is the absolute best property management company my family and I have experienced. Every single maintenance request is handled promptly. ***** was great and even came on a Saturday to complete a repair, in addition to being very friendly and professional. I would not want to rent from any other company. My lease renewal process and any concerns I have are addressed in a timely fashion. Tricon is the way to go.

I try to be as considerate as possible being that I used to work for property management but this is the worst experience with any property management I have ever had. I would not recommend renting through Tricon Residential ever. After applying, I had high hopes. Minutes later I receive an email stating our application was approved pending a few details.
