Worse company ever to deal with. I signed a lease on 04/06/22, paid deposit of $2600 on 04/07 via Debit card. Was emailed on 04/14/22 that they cancelled my lease due to incorrect assumptions. Tried contacting them to discuss, absolutely no response. I have been trying since then to receive my deposit back, multiple emails, calls and no response. I have not even been a tenant for a year. I have submitted half a dozen maintenance requests to fix our air. It is currently 82 degrees upstairs where my children are supposed to sleep. Most recently I left a message, today, for an emergency tech. The first agent I spoke to was rude & when I asked for a supervisor, she hung up on me. I have never experienced so many issues in my time of renting from a company. First, the house that i was suppose to move into was not available and the company never contacted me. I contacted them the Friday before move-in to inquire about inspecting, only for someone call me back with urgency to let me know it wasn't ready. I have NEVER had this many un answered or un addressed issue's from a rental company in my life and I have been here for 3 months. Upon move in date I noticed my master bathroom would continuously flood also my backyard irrigation system has three cracked pipes. I've put in several maintenance request along with speaking to different Tricon reps for the last 2 months. Terrible company to rent from. We have been calling for 3 days due to a leak in the water lines in the ceiling. The ceiling is about to fall in and they still will not send anyone out to fix the leaky pipe or fix the ceiling. Everyday it gets worse and worse. We have sent them pictures and still nothing. I am a new tenant. I completed a walk through the day of lease sognimg and found multiple things in need of repair, especially there being no electricity in half of the home. I sent the list on 4/8/22. It is now 5/2/22 and nothing has been done. I sent an email copying multiple people from the ******* office and no one has replied nor addressed these issues. What horrible service. I am concerned on how this year will go. I hope the legal route wont be necessary.
Wish I could give zero stars! Our neighborhood is a small and quiet place. At least it was before Tricon bought a house here and has moved in nothing but criminals. One shot someone in front yard. Ext one had served time for murder. Now new ones fight constantly and police are out a lot. Ridiculous

Both my kids rooms flooded on February 7th they didnt fix the plumbing until February 11th. No one came out to get the water off my kids carpets until February 16th. Air dryers sat on my carpet until February 28th when they finally came to remove the carpet. I was told I would be reimbursed for hotel, never was. My sons bedroom set was destroyed because of the wet carpet. I tried to go back to the home because I continued to pay rent there and there were geckos in my kids rooms due to the open pipe busted under the house. Wh... read more

Also have renters insurance it a waste of time. The contractor they hired ******** ********never identify what caused the flood so my insurance (***** ****) wont cover anything the hotels, the damages to the bedroom set, all my towels that I used trying to contain the water nothing. I missed days of work and had to shut down my business (who wants products that stink?) dealing with their different vendors only to be treated poorly and lied to leaving me and my kids pretty much homeless.
