I have to go out of my way to thank ****** for being the absolute best. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure our home always had what it needed. Its nothing against anybody else in the service department but ****** has made renting with Tricon such a great experience. Thank you again ****** for everything that youve done for us!

Unfortunately, as a new tenant, I have not experienced the Tricon Difference.My home obviously did not go through a 20-point inspection any time something as basic as carbon monoxide and smoke detectors were not throughout the home. Screens were torn apart on windows and much more which can be seen on my yelp and ****** reviews. Their app is trash. BE AWARE! The app automatically scheduled me same day at 9pm at night should have been a warning. I kept trying to cancel and the app would not let me cancel. Why charge for something that does not work. I made another appointment. I followed the instructions on the app upon arriving to enter the home for viewing. I could not get in to view the home. Frustrated after driving 20 minutes to get there on time. By the time I got someone to call me back I already left the location. It's really hard to get some... read more

When it comes down to getting repairs and being comfortable Tricon is by far the best rental company there is. I have rented from many people. Tricon believes in taking care of their property. The last owner of our current home was horrible with the upkeep of the property. Since Tricon took ownership they have came in and made and continues to make the necessary repairs needed to make it feel more like home. Every company has it flaws. Tricon is impossible to get in touch with. They clearly do not run background checks. I live in a very nice family oriented neighborhood and they continue to rent to the worst of the worst. In 2020 the tenant killed boyfriend in the yard she and I share. The home was up for rent again and they moved in a woman who was just a year earlier released from prison for murder. THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. Since the very beginning Ive had issues with them responding and doing absolutely anything on time, the staff itself consists of the most underachieving and inept adults Ive come across. I have been waiting to have my name removed from the lease for literally MONTHS and havent been able to do it. Absolute horrible first experience with Tricon Residential, and by the looks of these other reviews, Im not special. I was SIMPLY trying to TOUR a home for me and my family scheduled the tour, PAID MY MONEY (I dont care if it was $2 or $2000, it was my money), used my gas to go to the location and was unable to enter the property. I spent 20mins just trying to get thru the door, before finally giving up. I used the link texted to me, I verified my identity and the door NEVER unlocked, tho it said otherwise. Learn from others!! Stay away from this company. Looks like they hired someone to respond to these terrible, truthful comments, so they have no problem paying for that, but the company won't pay for trained knowledgeable rental agents to help people with legitimate problems.
