Do Not Waste your time and money with this company!!! My brother applied and was told he was the first to apply for the home . He paid the $349 to hold the home!!! Leasing agent sent email that he had to give bank statements and one other form within 24hrs. Left work early to get everything in time. We moved to ************ from the ***************** and decided to rent while learning the area. We only rented from Tricon for 6 months before we purchased a house.The house we rented from Tricon fit us well and was in a good location but we had a few issues with Tricon.The first was with the garbage can. I was the 1st person to apply for a property they took 349$ from me and the canceled my application because they said it was a system error and some one was already renting it

Tricon is THE WORST. I moved into one of their homes in December of 2020. The carpets were not cleaned. The lawn was not up to par. The bushes were extremely tall to where someone could hide in them. There was poison oak growing up around the house. Something is severely wrong with the chimney. When it rains it makes a constant tapping noise they’ve sent someone out 3 times and the issue still isn’t fixed. We have a broken toilet seat that was broken when we moved in. viewed a home at **** ********** **** ********** ** *****while viewing home, Entering the home looked nice. There was a basement door, when I open the door you can smell the water Mildew very strong, it was not the same as the smell in the rest of the entrance level. Tricon is lying I have no evictions no broken leases they are liars and scammers I don’t even want an response anymore they can discuss it with my lawyer because I received all three credit reports from all threee creditors if I had an eviction I would’ve never been conditionally approved then they lied and said I applied back in February I didn’t apply with them they had me sending all those bank statements after telling me I’ll have to pay 1.5 deposit just to come back 3 days later and tell me I’m denied because I I applie... read more
We have been tenant with this company for Over 10 years. They have switch management 4 times as they do their property management gets progressively worst. This company I have been dealing with a broke pipe leak from under the house for 6 days now. The floor abs wall are damaged and it’s spreading as the water continues to leak. The expect my family and I to live in a house with no water. It has taken them 3 days to offer a 100 credit per night until the reposing of the house is approved and work begin.
