It's unfortunate that people only take the time to write reviews when they feel wronged. I understand the desire to do so but people really need to take 5 minutes when they appreciate others too! I've lived in my Tricon rental home in Tampa, Florida for 1 year and 2 weeks. I have had nothing but exceptional service from them. From every end of the spectrum. If i could give this company zero stars i would. However, i paid $349.00 for an application fee and a deposit for a property. Yesterday, i received an email from AndreahGalaz, who indicated she needed additional documents. i provided all the documents requested with the exception of an employer verification from as my company is working remote the return around for this form would take longer than 24 hours. I paid 1.99 to be able to just tour houses. I drive 30 minutes to get to the house I am going to tour and their link just brings me in a circle of being able to access the house. It is a self guided tour using software that is incomplete or buggy. Not only am I out money, I am out time and gas. RIP OFF. Hire some actual software developers if you want to have a self tour system. I tried calling but no one answered. POOR POOR POOR service. NEVER List your home with this company.

Upon moving into my home rented by Tricon, I reported roaches in the fridge and dish washer, a methane leak in the piping, mold/water damage in the attic. This team did not inspect this property thoroughly before renting to a prospective tenant. These have since been remedied so we attempted to renew our lease. I can say Tricon has been amazing, patient loving and they work for you. I was not sure of a home because of the size and decided to switch. Then after 5 minutes decided to go with the original. They worked with me and gave me my home I originally apply for. They are an amazing team Michele ***and Gina N***** and the IT team are amazing and very understanding. I am a current resident and totally dissatisfied regarding the maintenance on the home I am renting. When I moved in the property had a lot of different things that needed to be updated. I have made repeat complaints about my heat and fire place and I have been left with a child in a cold house. I cannot get anyone to call me back and fulfill my over 90-day maintenance request for my fireplace and heat.

Absolutely unacceptable service. The home we are renting has plenty of things that need to be fixed. Since we have moved in, 8/9 mos. ago, we have had to deal with many different issues that should have been handled before the home was for rent. Yesterday Tricon had a contractor here to replace the flooring that was not done properly in the first place. No problem. Unfortunately the toilets were never reinstalled. Applied for a home and paid a $250 holding fee - $350 in total - and emailed the agent 4 times with no response, texted 6 times with no response, and waited on hold on the customer service line for more than 2 hours without a response or call back. The house is no longer listed as available and I have had no communication about applying my application fee and holding fee to a different property. Literally the worst customer service experience of my life and feels like a scam.
