I am very displeased with my experience duentonthw fact that I was denied, and the only thing that was on mynreport was outstanding medical bills. Who doesn't have those?? Tricon needs to be very very specific on the qualifications on what will get you approved. They need to say if you have any outstanding medical bills, you will not be approved. The online app process was pretty easy. But I'm very disappointed, due to the fact that I really wanted the house I applied for.

This company is awful. Since I moved into my home in April of 2019 we’ve had nothing but problems. The most recent issue being that our septic tank over flowed leaving our home with an awful odor. After further investigation and three companies later it turns out that on top of the septic issue our home also had a leak in the foundation. we have had a mold issue in this house for some time now. my son is allergic to mold. we even had it on the walls. I asked for a maintenance repair to test for mold and see just how big this problem is. they said I called in for windows!!!! I cannot wait until our lease is up. ever since they took over for Silver Bay they have been awful awful awful. this company should be ashamed.

HORRIBLE!!! I have been having maintenance issues basically since move in last March. Maintenance took a long time to get with me for an appointment, when they FINALLY did show up after 1 no call no show, 3 hours late, the worker had no supplies but a razor knife and TRIED TO PRY MY SHOWER FROM THE WALL KNOWING HE HAD NOTHING TO FOX IT WITH. Every interaction with this company has been negative. I set up automatic rent payment in January, and every month for 5 months the wrong amount was drafted from my account.
