I hate to write this review, first review ever with BBB I unfortunately must do so! I am a resident of ****************** now owned by TRICON Residential in ******* for almost the past 10 years. THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. Since the very beginning Ive had issues with them responding and doing absolutely anything on time, the staff itself consists of the most underachieving and inept adults Ive come across. I have been waiting to have my name removed from the lease for literally MONTHS and havent been able to do it. Absolute horrible first experience with Tricon Residential, and by the looks of these other reviews, Im not special. I was SIMPLY trying to TOUR a home for me and my family scheduled the tour, PAID MY MONEY (I dont care if it was $2 or $2000, it was my money), used my gas to go to the location and was unable to enter the property. I spent 20mins just trying to get thru the door, before finally giving up. I used the link texted to me, I verified my identity and the door NEVER unlocked, tho it said otherwise. Learn from others!! Stay away from this company. Looks like they hired someone to respond to these terrible, truthful comments, so they have no problem paying for that, but the company won't pay for trained knowledgeable rental agents to help people with legitimate problems.

By far the worst rental experience of my life. At first everything was great. But once we moved in it all went downhill. Within the first month the toilet stopped working, the fridge stopped working and its been an act of congress to get anything fixed. Communication is horrible. Almost non existent. Weve been without a working fridge for almost a week now. Its always a run around. Too many chiefs. Were honestly thinking about breaking the lease and weve only been here a month. Never again will I rent from Tricon.
