I found the perfect home to rent and applied. I was denied in less than 24 hours of my application processing. I was not able to reach a representative over the weekend which is understandable. I called early Monday morning to find out my application was denied due to an active landlord collections. I was completely shocked. I am currently renting a home with Tricon Residential. Communication with them is impossible. My daughter and I have tried to contact them numerous times, but they never return our phone calls and emails. When we first submitted our initial inventory form, they never got back to us.

I will keep this short and to the point. I moved out 2/4 and was told nothing about my security deposit. They did not leave any information on how it would be returned, nor the amount in which it would be returned. I had to call them several different times to get information which they then informed me it would take 30 days to receive my security deposit. Flash forward to 3/08, still nothing. I am currently leasing a house with this Tricon company! Terrible service the house is moldy from outside no mailbox key provided the community doesn’t have my address under my name. Customer service is very poor long wait could take hours before you get someone to answer your questions most of the time the answers are not accurate but they good at collecting money every month. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Working with Tricon on renting a home has been quite a challenging experience, to say the least. My husband and I completed our applications on 2/26/21 and were advised that the process takes 1-3 business days to complete. We are now a week past that and have been unable to obtain any useful feedback from them. After submitting our applications, I received an email stating that additional identification was required. Most unprofessional rental company I have ever experienced. No communication and no help for renters who experience damages to their homes in the Texas winter storm . They left me with a home that has no hot water or running water in parts of the home going on 3 weeks now . They increase rent with no reason during pandemic .Property managers do not return emails or phones calls . They use unprofessional vendors who do not get the jobs done correctly. I just recently applied for a home in Las Vegas. And I gotta say I was extremely nervous after Submitting an application and then shortly after reading some of the reviews on Yelp. Tricon Mrs Ruby B**** is the best person they ever have me and my husband Marcus enjoyed speaking with her she is very uplifting and she works with us a lot when we just move in we was struggling head just to keep a roof over head and all we have to do was just reach out to Mrs Ruby and she will be there to listen tell us what we needed to do so we don't lose our place .
