I submitted an application on 05/10/2021 I reached out to customer service because I never received the quiz they say I was suppose to receive and I know it’s apart of the application process customer service was not helpful at all they told me I would receive an call in 3 to 5 business days when it doesn’t even take that long to process an application the house will probably be leased bout time they resolve the problem I really want this house this is my dream house

I had an eviction back in 2018 and I have paid my eviction off. It is not showing up on my credit report because I paid this account. The only thing Tricon need to do is send a dismissal letter to the court house to get this eviction removed and they won’t. They keep giving me the run around. I am tired of it. I am suffering to put my kids in a home because Tricon won’t send the papers. Please do not rent from them because if you are struggling they wouldn’t help you.

I paid my fee to tour two homes. I drove over 50 miles and could not get into either home. I called the customer service line and could not get anyone on the line. Very bad sign, Run

I cannot stress how infurating it is to deal with any maintanance issues. My bathroom Toilet had a leak, I called in and they stated it would take 5 days to handle the leak. I told them that 5 days was not pheasable time frame with dealing with a leak. They call a third party plumber (I am greatful for that) next day. It seems that a tree grew into the sewage line and my toilet mount had to be replaced. We have had a horrible experience with Tricon. We have only been with them a year and we haven't been able to full enjoy our home because of all the issues with the yard and maintenance. The yard floods all the time and for an entire year we have been sending videos, photos etc with no resolve. Eleven months in they finally send a contractor to "fix" the issue and it looks like a band aide instead. They dug in the yard making the trenches deeper making our house look like we are literally sitting on an island. They also have... read more

Worst company to rent a home through. They do not do their job and lie about work order maintenances. When I moved in, the ceiling was leaking in a bedroom. I immediately called in a work order. It took them 4 months to fix even with me calling in everytime it rained to make a new request. The AC doesn't work properly. They still haven't fixed it and it's been over 3 months. And since I stopped using it because it got cold, they told me to call back when I start using it again. The refrigerator went out, took them 2 weeks to... read more

I’ve left a review for this company a few months ago, so normally I wouldn’t waste my time writing another one but I need others to know how HORRIBLE this company is as a whole. My previous post was about the mold in our home that made my kids sick, the raw sewage that flooded my crawl space that tricon seemed to not care about and the bugs that would crawl out of our drains. Tricon clearly only cares about taking people’s money. Like others have said, there’s NO WAY to get a hold of them. No replies to emails. No call backs on the phone. Truly a poor way to run a business.
