We rent a home managed by Tricon in Mooresville, NC. For the past month, we have been trying to obtain a key FOB to access the community pool. I made my initial request back on 6/29/20. Today is 7/27/20 and we still have not received a pool key. With a little over a month left for the pool to remain open, I'm afraid my family will not even get to enjoy it after moving into the property at the beginning of May. Horrible service! Tried 8times in one day to look at a home. Called and got hung up on. Went back another day. Tried 3 more times to get in. Still no luck. Called and a called no answer. Neighbors all said the realtors are not any good. So over trying. I’ll go through a different company.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband and I rented a Tricon home in Georgia. We've been good tenants, and have never paid anything late. My parents were coming from California and applied for a house and got denied immediately. Since my dad had no adverse credit, a healthy income, and a sizeable amount of money sitting in the bank, we thought it was a mistake on his application so we paid for a second application and was denied again after several days. I was extremely excited for the rental property we chose to reside in for approximately 2 years. Throughout the time that we lived there, we had no issues or concerns with Tricon American Homes. However, upon moving out, they withheld all of our deposit ($1000) and additionally charged us a fee of $1,131. The itemized bill showed that the total cost of damage to the house (deposit + billed amount) was $2,131. If there's a 0 Star to give them, I will!!! I helped a family (Katherine and Yessenia Cruz) to have a place to live which I thought is right but ending I was wrong! They cried for help since no one can help them to have a place to stay. So I agreed to rent a house for them under my name simply because they can't rent on their own!!! They lied to me on a certain point! I'd like for the CEO to know that his Florida office is infringing on tenant rights of peaceful enjoyment and if not rectified immediately I will be suing the company. My lease was until April 15, 2020 and before I vacated the property a move-out technician from your company entered my home without my permission or knowledge; turned every light on, turned the ac down and disconnected the garage door. Terrible property management company. They are purposely avoiding calls from current residents during a pandemic when they need to talk to someone. I know that they have staff working because if you want to rent a property or have a maintenance request, they are answering. This is avoidance and fraud.
