RecommendedThe ER care was superb! I was given some good medication to keep the pain that I was feeling down until I was formally admitted a few hours later. I just gotta recognise the people behind it all and give credit where it's due. Please forgive me as I don't remember all the names of staff involved, but I'll do my best. I think her name was Nicole in ER that really got me stabilized for later admission up on fourth floor. The stay for my bf was fine but they messed up all his documents needed to be sent out for work comp and claim they never got consent forms from us even though we handed it to them TWICE during the stay and specifically advised on where to go about it. Weeks later, and they’re still requesting information that was all given to them during the stay MANY TIMES. Come on, who ain’t doing their job? Geesh.
Shame on y’all you should be very disappointed
I when to the hospital for abdominal pain I saw the doctor for only two minutes and the for atlesat five minutes and I was in the hospital for six hours with out any attention in pain, and at the end of the day to tell me that nothing is wrong with my an I should take pain medication I am still feeling the pain, and praying to My God for healing that alone is very discouraging.
I just had major surgery done. I think Mercy is a wonderful hospital.
Mercy has been very caring to my son inspite of the nursing strike. The temporary caregivers have been awesome:) would recommend it to anybody:)
My 75 year old I'll grandmother waited in the waiting room for over 6 hours to never be seen! Shame on you Mercy Hospital!
