My husband has been in and out of Mercy 10 times in the last 6 months. ER, labs, 4th floor, 2nd floor, surgery, inpatient, outpatient and other areas. We have been treated with kindness and compassion. The nurses have not only been kind and compassionate to my husband but also me! Thank you for your continued care.
My wife was a nurse and I have two granddaughters that are nurses- thankfully not for your hospital. I read about what you are doing to their insurance and even looked at the plans you were offering, as someone kindly shared them online. I support these nurses. They deserve better. If I need any medical care anytime soon, I won't be using your hospital.
Any hospital that offers such ridiculous insurance to their will not get my business
I am so saddened by the terrible position your nurses are being put in. They saved my father's life and I will always be greatful for the care they provided. They deserve more than the insurance you are offering. I will support my nurses and refuse to use my allina hospital or clinic until this is resolved. This is clearly a decision being made by a select few individuals. Clean up your act if you want my business again.
Everyone planning to visit an Allina hospital in June or July should look to go elsewhere. The nurses and will be striking. The last time there was a strike at Abbott, it lasted one day, and there were 7 code blues called in am 8 hour period. For comparison, if we have more than 2 it is unusual. And considering the hospital had emptied out its sickest patients preparation for the strike and was operating with a record low number of patients this isn't a concidence. Comments from your cut and paste response, Allina?
Allina Health should be ashamed of themselves for trying to staff their NICU with temporary nurses who have zero NICU experience during the strike. I have never been in a NICU and before, and I just was asked by my nursing agency to work in their's during the strike. Apparently they are ok with this. I feel bad for those poor babies....
I think they forgot about me in this room...its been over an hour of waiting.
Absolutely horrible er. Sat and waiting for the doctor for almost 4 hours for my friend who is 32 weeks pregnant to be seen. Absolutely disgusted with nursing staff and their organization skills.
There are no words to say thank you to the wonderful ICU nurses who are caring for my dad!! My family is blessed for the care you are giving him and us while he is here! Thank you
