Worst hospital I've ever been too and they don't do nothing right.
RecommendedI can't say enough about the positive experiences we have had at Mercy Hospital. Not only is my grandfather being expertly cared for in the ICU, we have been welcomed and cared for as well. Every staff member I've interacted with has treated us like family. The doctors, nurses, and medical staff. And maybe especially all of the people at the front desk (east bldg). I had a knee replacement just done. Great experience from check in to check out. Nurses, aides, rehab staff, everyone were caring, professional and ensured I was comfortable during my stay

The staff on the 4th floor of the Heart and vascular center has done an exceptional job caring for our son while he recovers from a spontaneous pneumothorax.
My grandfather went in with severe back pain, spent 2.5 days in the hospital and the doctors didn't even bring up his back pain just monitored his heart. Sent him home STILL in pain! He had to go to his doctor today just to get someone to look at his back. I am very disappointed in the treatment he received at this hospital!!
They took really good care of me. Such kind, understanding people.
