I'd like to thank the ER nurses and doctors for their excellent care! Also a big thanks to the nurses and aides on the 3rd and 4th floors for your excellent care when I've been hospitalized. Go here if you want 0 input in your care, hours of waiting and nurses who are so rude they don't bother to introduce themselves. If it were an option I would be going elsewhere right now. The level of patient care here is far lacking I've never had a doctor dismiss my concerns like I have here today.
Just had an emergency c section at 35 weeks. The entire staff was amazing both while I was a patient and while I was boarding. Doing all that they could to make it possible for me to be near my new little one. thank you so much to the special care nursery staff that took such good care of us and our baby girl until we could go home together!

I had my son here in March of 2013 and the staff was amazing! I was so nervous and the staff made me feel so comfortable. It was a great place to have my first child and I am so sad that I won't be going there for my next. I will say that the temperature in the rooms fluctuated a lot which was odd but other than that I was completely happy with my experience.
My father passed away 4 years ago today and I always remember the great staff at Mercy in the heart wing for all they did. Again thanks for making the worst month of my life tolerable
I have a friend who was treated horribly! I would not advise anyone to go to this hospital! My heart is saddened by how they would treat a new mom and infant! Unreal! Seriously.
