Having to stay twice in one month I was honestly ready to go home after one night. Everyone was great... But those old beds that you have to sleep on was horrible... The bed in the ER was more comfortable.... I know they just built the new specialty center and baby center, but you need to think about those beds!

Dr. Rewati Teeparti is a disgusting "dr" and a horrible human being She sent us home with a prescription and assured us it was called in and waiting for us at Target. We got to Target and it wasn't ready because she failed to complete the paperwork. We called her back numerous times over days, than weeks and she refused to fill out the paperwork. She told us it wasn't her problem anymore and to go to our Primary Dr. Our Primary told us since she wrote the prescription they won't get involved. We have tried to get help from t... read more
Emergency room is really slow and it's all screwy back there on how you go into a cubby kind of half room and then get put into a waiting room with other people. They need to go back to the private rooms!!
We are on 3 west, have the best nurses and staff. Thank you for taking great care of my husband.
Er is HORRIBLE they are incredibly slow and apparently enjoy eating their brisket while they have patients waiting. One of the slowest and worst ER's ever, rude nurses that have no business working with patients and all around disrespectful. Don't get me wrong there are still a few gems in the Ed at Mercy but not many. The ICU staff is superb with a couple of exceptions but you'll find that no matter where you go.
Awesome staff, and I was comfortable throughout the entire experience.
