Great staff on every level. Food staff makes sure you get food by calling you if you forget to order food.
Unless you are critically ill don't go to ER. You will be ignored for hours..6+. This has happened to me twice and I will never go there again.
mercy hospital was good to me ,so caring, if my friends need medical help this where I would send them ALLINA ROCKS ,nurses,doctors, anthisesias, and after care.t first sceptical, us to big twin cities hospitals ,but mercy was really good s smaller town hospital

Been there twice before and had awesome care until tonight where they kept making us wait for more than two hours with a crying toddler they kept saying soon and then kept adding people in front of him. I get other people come in with more needs but I’m sorry when you have a crying toddler who is having difficulty breathing and a fever don’t make them wait for two plus hours after a while we had to just leave and go to another place to get the care we deserved
I would like to thank everybody at Mercy Hospital I hand a hernia surgery yesterday and the faculty and surgeon where absolutely awesome thank you so much Keith Koosman
Emergency and ICU floor has the best doctors ever, and they are compassionate. They took such great care of my son for 6 days. Unfortunately, he died but they did all that was possible for him. Thank you!
