I have a video of what happened to me the last time I went, the nurse told me that I can't come to the hospital unless I'm dying which I know is not true, the hospital is for our health not only for people who are dying, these people who works at this hospital should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat people and only we know our own bodies and when something is wrong so how dare these nurses and doctors at this so called hospital!!!!!! worst hospital ever!!!!!!!!!!!! also like I said I have a video also which I thin... read more
this is the worst hospital. I've been told numerous times 30minute wait and waited over 3 hours to see the doctors after already being in a room, even when blood is gushing. I've left this hospital many time to go to unity and maple grove but due to how close we live we keep them in consideration and they always disappoint. what hospital has one or two doctors on in a night shift! this is beyond me.
I went in with my 2 week old son and He was seen by Dr.Farber. It was the worst experience I have ever had and it was the most traumatic experience I have ever encountered. Dr.Daniel Farber life was disrespectful and rude, and tortured my son all day only to tell him he wanted to do it all over again the next day without doing everything possible to make my son comfortable. newly remodeled emergency room to help speed up the wait time Really? 6 people in waiting area and it takes 5 hours to be seen and to top it off the staff is rude and acts like your wasting there time being sick or injured go to Unity seen in 20 min what took a total of 12 hours at Mercy was done in 2 hours at Unity with a good staff
Literally the worst hospital I have ever been into. I was in there in October because I took my son in, who is only one year old, who also had 104.5° fever. We waited for six hours while they just sat around and did some “blood work” and the doctor came back and told me that his fever is because he “ misses me” because I just got back from vacation. worst emergency department I've ever been to! had an awfully traumatic experience 2 months ago when I had a kidney stone and uterine polyps. the emergency room staff treated me like dirt. let me scream and yell and aggressively vomit for HOURS. my glasses dropped under the bed and when I told the nurse, she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. I recieved an IV in my sleep, and woke up to meds being put into me without being told what they were. the pain meds i was given did not work, but i was given the same ones 2 more times.... read more
Improve their Emergency Room response time. Waiting 5 hrs is unacceptable for a medical emergency. Loss of vision is a serious emergency. Left without any sort of treatment, or visit from a doctor.
The staff could spend less time visiting with each other, and more time with their patients. In the ER I had injuries from a car accident that were not even addressed(chest, legs, knees)They just put an Ace bandage on my right ankle(left was also injured) and sent me on my way.
