my mother passed away back in November of 19 and I just want to give a shout out to Andrea that sat on the phone for me for over half an hour just talking to me I hope that her bosses get this message because I've been going through so much right now and everything that I usually rely on my mother for I've had to rely on myself. and having autism and losing your mother is probably the worst thing that you could happen to you

Dr. Soucie, along with many other wonderful doctors and nurses (ICU and 5 east) saved my husbands life. Our kids drew picture of important places in our community and they drew Mercy Hospital first.

Do not come to this hospital! Went there today for blood in the urine and extreme pain and they literally left me in a room and checked on me once. The one time they did visit me I was puking and so very sick the nurse asked if I wanted something for nausea and I said yes, the nurse literally never returned. Than as I’m leaving the nurse takes my iv out and doesn’t put any pressure done, just puts gauze and tape down and tells me to leave. i was born at this hospital 34 years ago the day after my birth thier was a tornado and this hospital managed to get everyone and all the patients to a safe location according to my mom n dad. hey im still living that should say something.lol :) i was born there june 15th of 1985 at midnight and hours later the storm kicked up. makes me wounder if there are any nurses working there still from that night.

Came in by ambulance after car accident in cv collar,the paramedics put me in a wheelchair and pushed me into the lobby. I was there for about 10 minutes alone and half conscious until a triage nurse saw and sent me the trauma room. Bad patient care.
