Once you actually get past the ED, the staff and nurses are actually pretty nice and helpful. Some nurses in the ED are terribly rude and you wonder if they hate their jobs or nursing in general. I had to bring my 2 day old newborn back to the hospital for a blood draw and was told the ED would call Lab to get the blood draw since the outpatient labs and surrounding clinics were closed (it was Christmas Day). I got to the ED and the ER tech was nice enough to call Labs but lo and behold there was no order so we had to sit an... read more
Horrible bed side manner. Made you feel like your a burden to them. Will be filing a complaint.
The staff are Amazing here!
Every one has been nice and helpful from the Doctors,Nurses, aids and cleaning crew. Highly recommend.
