Try to go thru the Veteran's Choice program, it takes forever. I first got 12 visits to an Acupuncturist and it was working too, but to continue your visits will take forever. I was told my Primary Care put me in on Dec. 2017 & 2 Jan. to continue my treatment. The Acupuncturist tried to request visits for my lower back pain too, but it was lost. Then I find out the Chief Medical Officer stated that Acupuncture is not a cure...??? NO kidding there is NO cure. But she approved it, then she left the VA and my request sat their ... read more

Just recently had a procedure for colonoscophy and endo and was treated very well by all staff. I will give them all praise for the great service and care they have shown me and will continue to give credit to the team of dedicated pcts,nurses and of course Doctors at the Albany Va Hospital!
I Love Albany Stratton VA Medical Center.. I love my doctors there i'v been going there for 9 years now.. i can say they have taken good care of me.. & every time i have to have sugary they make me feel i'm well taken care of.. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all...
