My husband has received great care at this VA
I had broken ankle surgery and my care was awesome! The OR nurse Chris was sharp... the RN's on the 7th floor Lisa and Gary were super cool and extreme pro's! The aids on the 7th floor were all great..loved em..they kept it light. Dan with PT was fantastic and patient . The housekeeping crew was even cool...love the Albany VA

I've been in ER for 8 hours couldn't do ultra sound had to go to Albany Med back at VA still no doctor I'm in agony and I'm still waiting for a doctor who was on her way from across the street 45 minutes ago
has always been there for me..... fixed other medical facilities f-up such as Ellis Hospital! (2 occassions)
The situation is made worse, before you can even make the situation better on your own. Being involved with VA has done nothing positive for me. It continues to be a struggle, constant cancelled appointments, replanning and denial of basic human amenities. Train your people before they are placed in jobs at this facility. What a negative impact one ignorant person can make to a veteran in needs life.
How dare you tell my grandfather that he’s struggling to breathe just for attention. He served his country for you. Where is the compassion during end of life care? Shame on you!!
