I’m really disappointed in the service that I just recently received from this company. We signed up for solar panels in 2020 and was told to cancel our original electric company and the panels should work based on the energy that the sun produces. When I cancelled the original electric company, we lost electricity immediately. Thanks to the salesperson Travis, he was able to help us thru that and got electricity turned on. I have received over 20 phone calls, multiple per day for unrequested Solar service. I asked to be removed from whatever list they were calling from and they will not stop! I will NEVER do business with them and HATE that they keep interrupting me at work and during my family time to solicit unrequested business!

On Thursday I spoke to an agent , The agent that I spoke to said we have 30 days to cancel if we decide not to go with them. After I specifically told the agent I need more time to think about this big investment, he convinced my spouse to go with them, the agent was at my home on Thursday when we signed the contract, then the following Monday my husband called and canceled which is 5 days but actually 3 business days.He then tells his manager as if she can change our minds, then calls my husband and she ask the why sudden c... read more

We contacted them about solar panels but have since changed our minds and are no longer interested. They will not stop calling us. Texting us. I have blocked multiple numbers of theirs and they will not stop. I have repeatedly told them I am not interested and they keep calling. I'm tired of it. Its harassment at this point.

Sunpro solar uses deceptive sales tactics by using random generated phone numbers (Caller ID spoofing). This is DECEPTION! Any company that does this has obviously something to hide. I have asked them to remove me from their call list to no avail. If they continue to call me I will report them to the FCC for Caller ID Spoofing. https://www.fcc.gov/sites/default/files/caller_id_spoofing.pdf

Have racist ****** managers working for him in the Raleigh North Carolina division area and you can see it easily I went through it myself for a day and a half.

Sun pro has been calling me every day for the past 3 weeks. I already told them I’m not eligible for this program. It’s 9 pm and they just called me again. I don’t know what scam they’re trying to run but the excessive calls tells me folks need to run for the hills.

Two years have gone by and we are still paying for electricity. $200 dollars average per month. We reached out to the company but to no avail. Referred a friend and he bought in , but I haven’t received my bonus for referring him. Enrique ****was the salesman, he painted a perfect picture , assuring us that Sun Pro would deliver. We were sold solar panels by sun pro and promised that the system would be large enough to cover our electric bill. Since then we have had bills from both tech cu and our electric company triple what we were told. Brandon also promised if a panel was down for a storm or whatever reason they would pay us double the amount of solar produced and fix ASAP, they did not do that.
