After receiving payment of +32K Sunpro came out to install my panels, after installation it failed inspection. They never reached out to me about a resolution, case manager would never return calls, I had to call several times reaching out to customer service just to get someone I felt like I was doing business with ******************* (SMC). Do not choose Sun Pro. Contact signed in January, panels installed February, and they still aren't operational. 6 months later we still don't have the panels turned on. We are paying double each month (the bill to the solar company and the bill to our electric company). We've had nothing but issues from the beginning. We met with the salesman and he assured us that panels could be placed on certain parts of our roof. When installation day came we had not warning, the workers just showed up, forcing us to take the day off wor... read more

Growing Pains?Our Spring 2022 hail damage repair experience with ADT/SunPro - BuildPro has been a disappointment. Perhaps these companies are struggling with post-acquisition growing pains. After reading other reviews I realize I was fortunate to have had my solar panels installed by SunPro before they were purchased by ADT.We chose these companies to replace our roof and one hail-damaged panel during the flop of solar panels to ensure our warranty was kept in-tack.Along with 5-6 minor issues (flowing water leak in the new r... read more

They tell u that u will save money going solar that my **** will b 30 to 70 dollars a month. they tell u what u want to hear. I believe I was set with an off set of 80% to 90% well to find out they set me up with a 51% offset and my **** is still over 200. and I have the solar panels to pay150. a month. Why have solar if I am still paying over 350. a month. I will NOT recommend this company to no one. They tell u what u want to hear but dont promise what u will receive. watch what u sign ladys and gentlemen. very disappointe... read more
