When I was called and spoke to a representative I was assured that due to the fact my electric company was part of the program the was no cost to me. I asked the person if Installation, of equipment, including back up batteries, would you check the roof, would they take care of all repair and maintenance, if my roof was damaged or needed to be replaced would they take down the panels an replace them after the work was completed with no cost to me. After receiving payment of +32K Sunpro came out to install my panels, after installation it failed inspection. They never reached out to me about a resolution, case manager would never return calls, I had to call several times reaching out to customer service just to get someone I felt like I was doing business with ******************* (SMC). Three months after install I was making Solar payments along with electric **** payments. I finally was assigned to another account rep and then another, they never called couldnt get i... read more

I have been receiving calls from one of the Florida locations. I have been on the DNC registry for almost a year. I have not requested information as I don't live in Florida and haven't for over 10 years. I received 11 calls this morning back to back with in the span of about a minute. I have received 22 calls yesterday afternoon over the span of 2 minutes and 24 calls in the morning. I have received a total of 164 calls in the last 30 days. this is abusive and harassing. The number is ************. PLEASE STOP CALLING
