First of all, we would not choose to install solar if we had it to do over again. If we had been informed, we would have avoided getting sucked into the sales pitch we were given about selling power back to the electric company. Sunpro sales failed to inform us of the paltry pay-back the utility would give us for the power we now generate on their behalf. Austin lied to me. He promised me that if I signed up with his company that my power will never go out. Since having these solar panels, my power have went out twice. He also promised me that my bill will be under $100. My electric is the same and now I have to pay another bill for having solar panels. He never left the contract with me. I had to call to get the contract just to find out that there was a page that was never shown to me (the page that says no battery will be installed). For 3 months everyday 5 to 10 times a day they call me they got my phone number they don't stop calling I will never buy from them they harassed me day and night how do I get them to go away very desperate people so disgusting

I receive about 7 calls a day from Sunpro Solar (after requesting to be removed from their call list 4 different times). I've also explained that my home is in a historic district, so I could not add solar panels even if I wanted to, but still receive daily phone calls. Even if I chose to go solar, I'd never use Sunpro for this reason. I've never requested their services, so the fact that I am continually bothered by them after multiple polite requests to stop is honestly astonishing to me.

I am very disappointed in the experience I have been having thus far with this company. Our solar panels were installed on June 16. The people who did the installation as well as the gentleman who came to do the inside of our house did a wonderful job. The electrician never showed up with the rest of the crew. He called me hours after the crew already left to come and do the electrical. I explained to him we scheduled it in the morning for a reason because my son had doctors appointments. I contracted with them in March to install solar panels. .Then came back and said we can't do what was contracted. So they wrote a new contract, which they came back again with we can't do that. So they sent two installer and they came up with an installation plan. They even sent and email with detail plans how the job would be done. They set the date of June 1st for install. Numerous price changes, was first charged for insulation then was told I didn’t need it by one of the tech’s that came out to house (even though he just climbed up and poked his head up in the attic and didn’t actually look at anywhere other than that one spot). The guys that came out were very professional, it’s the office staff that can’t get it together!
