I would not give the. One star ??. The salesman told me I would have 85% energy savings, not true. He told me they would put a system for my house meter and a separate system for my garage meter, not true. But he said with the garage panels on house system it would pay the the garage power bill,not true. It doesn't cover but about half of the house bill. Sales-great, install-okay, follow up-poor My salesman **** was great. Explained things properly. Answered questions as I had them, and attempted to "make things right" throughout the process. The install was okay. The panels went up in just a couple of hours. Then the electricians started in. On the first day, the new electrical panel I'd been promised did not appear. Excuses were made. A BIG SCAM was told my bill would only be around 50 to 80 a month but I'm still getting 300 month electric bill on top of the 300 and something loan and all what they tell me is my system is working fine
A BIG SCAM was told my bill would only be around 50 to 80 a month but I'm still getting 300 month electric bill on top of the 300 and something loan and all what they tell me is my system is working fine
My electric bill has double; one to ************* which is around $250 before solar panels and another SunPro financing company $250. Why would i want to pay double. DO NOT recommend solar. Stay away from this technology; it doesn't work.

We canceled our agreement due to no action on promises made on installation of solar system. We were promised at the time of contract that work would begin within 60 days. After 60 days there has been no action on promises made. Numerous phone calls we made, with a reply “we’re working on it”, after 90 days we are still getting the same response. When cancelling, we received an email stating we owe $3,000.00 for unknown. We received an invoice for $3,000.00 with description details. This is wrong, a farce, a setup. We are go... read more
