This is one of the worst investments we have made to date. Our sales rep **** mislead or blatantly lied to us on almost every aspect of our agreement. We were told our panels would completely cover our power **** and create a surplus to build credit if we ever went over the expected amount. I have had Sun-pro solar panels installed on my home for coming on 7 ************ are still not activated. The promise from the sales representative and the statements in Sun-pro's pamphlet states the project will take only one to two business days. The management team doesn't seem as if they are competent of their work, very disorganized, careless of the customer, zero sense of urgency. This company keeps calling my phone no less than ten times per day. When I block the phone number they call from. Within the hour they generate a new phone number to call back on. Some woman named ******* stated she would take me off the call list. Then she got an attitude with me because she is making harassing phone calls to my phone.

I was happy with my solar panels so I decided to get the backup battery system, but my experience has been a nightmare. I understand there was a national backup battery shortage and i was more than patient for the 10 months i waited for one, however when i finally did get my backup battery it was half installed. Its been a month since i have heard anything and every time I call to get an update i get the same answer the project manager in your area is out of his office. *********************** really screwed us with this solar panels. Now we're paying 2 bills,Sunpro and Teco. Instead of 1 **** like we were told. Don't go with Sunpro!!!!!

This is not a one star event because this place has harassed me with nine calls in one day. Apparently our phone numbers are on a list and they keep calling even when you have told them you are not interested. With this behavior you can be certain this is not a good business. This is aggressive attacks on people. Absolutely disgusting behavior and they actually think people want to do business with them.

terrible service after sale.System they installed power panel (circuit breaker)failed.They monitor your output but either failed to monitor or let me know system was not working.Did not know until power **** for almost 400 came.Slow service to repair.Power **** for 3 months was almost 1000.Asked for partial reimbursement and they declined.They did not tell me,I had to call and find out.They do not return phone calls.Feel like I'm dealing with a crooked used car dealer not a professional business

***** S is our salesman he was efficient, elcellent salesman/consultant. Informative, helpful. No issues with sale or installation. ***************** was polite, professional and courteous. Installers were knowledgeable, Highly recommend them and the whole thing was great start to finish. Got a new roof and a new solar system.
