We have had nothing but problems since we sat down and agreed to install solar on our property, which was middle of March 2022. First and foremost, it took FOREVER to get the project started. Once the lines were run and the solar panels were installed, it AGAIN took FOREVER for anything to be done after that. I cannot recommend against this company enough. I had no problems before they turned into ADT, and my sales person *** was great. I even helped refer a bunch of customers their way (really regret that now) He could probably smell what was going on and left.Ever since, there has been nothing but problems. Have a panel outage? That'll be months to fix.. Try to get someone to address any is***s you have? They'll gaslight you and say someone will fix it and never show up.I now have pieces falling off my roof and thankfully they ... read more

We signed up for Sunpro,and financed it through goodleap.First of all,the Salesman lied about the amount of the monthly payment..He said it would never change,and we just got a call saying it would be 100 dollars higher than agreed on,which is beyond our budget,,Then he told us we would get a tax rebate,to help with the payments,again,not true,he neglected to tell us that was only if you paid for them outright!! And most importantly, these panels do not work well at all,we are still getting even higher electric bills!! Worst... read more

We were looking to make our home more energy efficient, my husband researched solar panels and contacted SUN-PRO Solar. The representative came and I discussed the information I found about areas where solar panels were the only option for energy. We were told "for as long as the sun shines the panels will produce energy." We were told the panels would produce enough energy to supply our home and we would be able to sell energy back to the electric company, this never happened. I'll start with the fact that this company is the only company we were able to purchase panels through in our area, and that's why we selected them. Their salesperson was knowledgeable, however, their communication was horrible. Any time an issue arose, we had to advocate for ourselves excessively to make sure things got explained again and sorted out. I'm well aware that some of the issues were with our municipality and there's not much to be done about that, but overall the process of GETTING the panels was a nightmare. No... read more

I would not give the. One star ??. The salesman told me I would have 85% energy savings, not true. He told me they would put a system for my house meter and a separate system for my garage meter, not true. But he said with the garage panels on house system it would pay the the garage power bill,not true. It doesn't cover but about half of the house bill.
