Overall I'm very happy with the service my wife and I received from SunPro! We love our solar panels and the team I worked with was very helpful. However, there was a bit of a disconnect in regard to communication. I was told I'd have a project manager and that they'd follow up with me weekly to let me know where we are in my project. Everything that I was promised and that was told to me was accurate and to the point. Our panels were installed in the beginning of May and the system was turned on as promised three months later. Our power **** (TECO) is now $18.10 just like our sales guy said it would be. He taught me how to use the application so I could see how much power I was generating and how much I was using. We told him not to submit it until he heard from us because we did not know which company we were going with. When we called him the next day to tell him we were going with the other company we found out that he had already submitted the contract! SunPro has been a NIGHTMARE! As I am writing this review my family and I are sitting in the dark for the second time. This is due to SunPro incompetents from the workers up to ******************** They have been installing solar to our home for over 9 months. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. I have requested twice to have this garbage removed from my house. They make a promise that they will get everything done. Sunpro came to install panels on the 8th and and left trench open and was told they where coming back up to a week. Been 2 weeks and haven't heard back after calling in serval times never seen anybody come do a job and leave while not completed after leaving trench open blocking me to get to my shop. If I was able to go back in time I would just deal without solar I don't maybe it will work good after completed but this company is a joke or a least the people out of ******* are.
Don't Sign up with this company! This Company Lies in order to get your money. They say one thing and do something else. They lie about their offers just so you will sign up. Our family got the solar panel on our roof. We haven't saved a dime!!! Not only do we still have a high electricity **** but now we have a monthly payment of $250 on top of our high energy ****. Beware of this company. **************** is not helpful, they are rude and sarcastic when you call. Worst Company!!
This company deserves NO STARS! I started getting calls from them a couple times a day. I finally answered and said DO NOT call me and they proceeded to talk about my home and I said I do not live there and I do not want any solar anything. I told them if they called back I would report them, they called back an hour later ??. These people are psycho! This is harassment! I get so many calls on a daily basis. I have blocked every number that comes in, yet somehow they keep calling. How in the world do they think they will get... read more
