If I could give 0 stars I would.signed paperwork for solar in JUNE 2021. Was told then it would be 135$ a month come to find out several months later that is no the case it will be 135$ a month for 12 months and after that if I dont pay 9K$ it will go up to 189$ a month which saves me nothing on my electric ****. That is neither here nor there. I get 2 calls a day after I have told them Im not interested and to take me off their call list. I continue to block the numbers they call from but they continue to call from various numbers.

I am being harassed! Numerous calls throughout the day every day! I block all the numbers they still call from other numbers.

The daily phone calls have got to start counting as harassment at some point. i was interested in their product and reached out to them and once it was determined that i did not qualify for their services (due to my credit score) i told them thank you for your time and that was the end of the first call. about one week later they called again and i told the person that i talked to that we have already been through this and i don't qualify. they said "oh, okay. we will remove you from our call list". two days later the daily ... read more

Tax credit info from Sales Rep was false. We were told we will receive a tax return of $9,800; in turn, we would forward that money to Dividend Finance to reduce our monthly payment from $187 to $137. But, according to the Tax Accountant, that tax return only applies to your personal tax situations if you qualify. In our case, we do not qualify for that full amount. I wish I could leave a negative star this for sunpro. I regret ever going solar with them everthing I was promised has not happed and was a lie. They will not return calls and system has never worked as it was designed to I am now paying my original electric bills plus I have to pay another $228 per month for the solar panels this was one of the biggest mistakes I have made and will have to pay for it for the next 25 years ************************* ******* ****

If I can give this business a 0 star I would. July 2021 we decided to go solar. Why not? It sounded so good and they promised us so many things and it should be complete in 3 months. We got our solar panels installed on August 31. I understand it may go a little over 3 months for this project but now its going on almost 5 months without it working. They keep calling and calling everyday-- All day with different numbers. It's Very, Very annoying!! Tried to get them to stop.WOULDNT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVEN IF THEY PAID ME!!
