This company has no remorse whatsoever. They don’t care they lied to so many inocente people saying “your bill will be completely eliminated “ when that’s all lies. I even asked my representative when he said they will even contact my current energy provider and AEP that I wouldn’t have to do anything , they will take care of all the process. So from the beginning of the process to the end was lies and constant problems. I signed our paperwork sometime in March, panels would be installed sometime in June. I was told we would receive a rebate for 1500$ when our install was completed as well as a 500$ credit to our utility. Furthermore I had plans to refinance in August and was guaranteed the panels wouldnt be a problem. Consumer be aware ADT Solar is no good.Nothing they say and do should be taken seriously . In August 2021 I signed the contract for the solar panels to be installed couple months later they installed the panels on my house and it is over a year now and the system is still not up and running they will never take responsibility for their action every three months a different person is assigned to my project makes a lot of promises and nothing happens they also promised that I would get a tax refund and also a refund of $2000.0... read more

ADT solar installed my panels about 4 to 5 months ago I have called them,sent emails it put on hold for hours to try to get them out to fix my solar panels with no luck. Buyer by aware when you do business with them they are paid up front not after they do the job once they get their money they are not worried about the customer or customer service.. Horrible company and even worse since ADT solar bought them out. Project started August 2nd 2021 and after $60k+ in damages to my home including poisoning our water well with raw sewage, structural damages, roof damages, electrical issues, panel issues, installation issues, no communication, and the worst customer service know to mankind... They have their techs and contractors just randomly show up without scheduling with us. Won't respond to emails or texts or phone calls. I currently have a contractor they hired that hasn... read more
