Horrible company and even worse since ADT solar bought them out. Project started August 2nd 2021 and after $60k+ in damages to my home including poisoning our water well with raw sewage, structural damages, roof damages, electrical issues, panel issues, installation issues, no communication, and the worst customer service know to mankind... They have their techs and contractors just randomly show up without scheduling with us. Won't respond to emails or texts or phone calls. Going on 6mo since install and they still cant pass the electric inspection. Ive taken off work several times unpaid for a different electric crew each time that has no idea what the last crew was out for. I believe theyve been out 5 times. They tell me the same thing need clarification from the inspector. I personally called the inspector this last time and got a response within 10 minutes. The crew had been in their truck an hour waiting on him to call back. He informed me he had no such voicemail from them. An hour later ... read more

Do not do business with ADT Solar. I was told install takes one day, it took them about 4 months total to complete and even after that the system didnt work. We have had nothing but problems since we sat down and agreed to install solar on our property, which was middle of March 2022. First and foremost, it took FOREVER to get the project started. Once the lines were run and the solar panels were installed, it AGAIN took FOREVER for anything to be done after that. The day they were there installing the panels, someone from the City of ******* stopped out and told the installers they had to stop the installation because it was never approved to be put in. I cannot recommend against this company enough. I had no problems before they turned into ADT, and my sales person *** was great. I even helped refer a bunch of customers their way (really regret that now) He could probably smell what was going on and left.Ever since, there has been nothing but problems. Have a panel outage? That'll be months to fix.. Try to get someone to address any is***s you have? They'll gaslight you and say someone will fix it and never show up.I now have pieces falling off my roof and thankfully they ... read more
