I decided to start my going solar on 11/24/2020. The representative that came to the house was prompt, knowledgeable, and was not pushy with the sale. I had already decided that I wanted solar and more about the process, price, etc. From that point, everything seemed to be going smoothly for install. My install date was 03/17/2021. If I could rate no stars I would fought with them though whole process was lied too about having a electric **** and a solar **** they promised a credit toward my electric **** they lied now I'm disabled stuck with 2 bills do not deal with these unscrupulous people

We've already purchased the system. It's up and running and working great. Plus the customer service is great for answering questions even after the install is done.

Called to get assistance with an offline envoy. Spoke with ******* who agreed to provide assistance getting my envoy back online. He sent me an e-mail with information I should attempt. In addition, ******* assured me I would receive a call from Sunpro for an order that was already placed. I was provided information, shown courtesies and favor to remedy my problems that were pleasing and acceptable.

This company is a true burden to society, I have asked them to stop calling me no less than 10 times, I have blocked their phone number too many times to count, but they still insist on calling. I received 10 phone calls in less than one hour, and they call back-to-back, I have tried being courteous but when you tell them not to call, they just hang up. They need to be stopped as does all of these companies that use the robocalling method.

First of all, my salesman ******************************* is a terrific person. He was clear, concise and professional. Secondly, the crew that came and installed the solar panels were very good they were in and out in one day, which included the electricians who installed a completely new panel and ran all the wiring. Absolutely wonderful company. Makes the long process as easy as possible, actually follows up on their surveys and likes to make sure you have all your questions answered while providing you with new up to date numbers should you need help.

Has not kept upkeep on solar panels after their faulty wiring in main panel .causing a fire. had to constantly call them to repair melted wires throughout and has not reimbursed for production lost during one and a half months.
