We agreed to buy a solar system in April of 2022. It was promised to be installed in 45 - 60 days. It took 5 months. This was way outside the time agreed, we were required to start paying once the panels were installed, month prior to the completion. We were promised credit for 2 months. We have not received any payments to cover the loss of money, spend on our system and having to maintain our utilities. We have installed the solar panels a little over a year ago and its still not running. They took forever to install them, ordered the wrong items, inspection appointment took forever, now they failed the inspection 3 times. This is a complete scam!

I would never use this company ever again started in August. It is now end of November panels were installed October 3. They have been sitting for nearly 4 months collecting dust nothing but apologies getting zoning permits charged me $3600 more because they said I needed an electrical upgrade which I didnt havent received that check yet. Still getting electric bills no solar power no help horrible horrible company I highly recommend stay far far away.

Please please please don't make this horrible mistake. This is a company that is using their long standing alarm company to benefit their poor reputation. There is NO customer service at ADT Solar. I signed a fully executed contract in July. I was assigned an Account Manager who NEVER returned calls. After weeks of calling and emails to her and her supervisor I finally spoke to someone. They told me lies. They said everything was moving the way it should be and permits had been filed with my city. After Hurricane Ian I wante... read more

To make my elderly mom a bit more comfortable we put solar on the house at first, ADT solar Kept us informed about what was going on kept, Until it was time to use the unit. We were informed that it needs the county inspection. After 2 weeks of trying to find out the status of the inspection, I ran into, constant long duration on hold, I've been hung up on and the new Account manager never really called us.
