I looked in to solar, they came out to put up, my metal roof is 82 YEARS old. I even told and showed *******************, the agent, the attic, we walked around the house. Not a problem. This was July 2021.October 2021 the guys came out to install, they said no one told them it was a metal roof and they cannot install. DECEMBER I get a call from **** only AFTER I called and left messages then FINALLY called office for him to return my call. Great company. They took the time to figure what i needed and walked me they the whole process. Ive had the sudden for a few years now and couldn't be happier. **************** after the install is amazing. Had an issue today, spoke with AW he was friendly, and knowledgeable. Listened to my question and helped with my issue. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences i've had.

Calls several times a day Monday thru Sunday leaving no message. Using several different phone numbers all which leads back to SunPro. Have asked to be removed from there call list and still receive 5-7 calls per day.

This Sunpro Solar Company is continously throughout the day calling me, when I've told them twice "I'm not interested". Constant calling is harrassment ?? and I want my phone removed from their list immediately, thank you kindly.

I've gotten on a daily basis 3 -4 calls. This is unacceptable!
I had solar panels installed in August of 2021. I was told once installed the system would be operational within 2 months, at most. The updated meter and approval to operate took until January 2022 (5 months). During this period, the SunPro account management contact was poor. Despite my outreaches (via text, email, and call) the responsiveness was limited to 1 time per week if that. This company and I went through quite the hurdles together. I bought a ***** kWh system through a very helpful sales agent and did all of it through digital signatures. After 2 years of paying on the loan/system, the electric company SWEPCO still refused to allow the system to go live and generate. SunPro Solar could have left me hanging to fend for myself. My options were to either get rid of SWEPCO and buy a $13,000 solar battery, or keep SWEPCO and pay off a $44,000 lawn ornament. However, the company did right by the cus... read more
