Stop calling me! I have never solicited information on this product, but they continue to call me from multiple numbers ALL DAY LONG after multiple attempts to tell them to stop calling/blocking numbers. I would never do business with this company.

ADT Sunpro came out to my home for a consultation. The specialist ( *************************** ) asked to look at my meter which is out back . So I let him go look at it alone. Wrong thing to do but I had no idea he would cut off power to my house and leave it off. So after he left I return to continue cooking and notice none of my lights would come on. I call him and asked why did he need to cut off my power to the house and he lied and said he didn't but the switch was off. I had to flip it back on. Power before he looked... read more

The panels are very low profile so if you're walking or driving by the house you can hardly see them. The savings we see on our energy bill is huge.

Company ignores and lies to customer. Equipment has been on roof since before Thanksgiving and still not finished. They waited over two month to call for inspection. Now having problems interfacing to system backup they installed, never call back or answer phones. Voicemail is their friend.

Solar Nightmare...WOW, this has been a ride from day one and now on year 4 and the s*** is still rolling downhill. The installers moved the electrical panel 3-4 times due to not following Austins standards and put soooo many holes in our siding and didn't seal any of them for starters. The whole process with the sales person and loan was a mess and there were lies all over the place. We started this project in January 2022. Were told the solar panels would be up and working in March 2022. They were installed Feb 4th, so we had hire hopes. That is the date that the urgency stopped. I had to chase for an inspector to come out and inspect, FINALLY March 15th and inspector came out. We were told within 10 days that the solar panels would be ready to turn on, since we were waiting on *********** to come out and change the meter. I am writing this review to inform you of how disappointed I am in the company's customer service and ethics. This contract for the solar panels was signed in May 2021, and we have yet to pass the inspections. We began working on the project when our project manager *** called up to schedule the panel installation. We did not have our panels installed until August 2021.
