What a nightmare trying to schedule an appt to do what is caked a FLOP. Removing the solar panels so I can repair my roof. I started on December 16th and after lies of an estimator coming to my home and emailing me the estimate that I never received to not answering my call for 4 weeks and I have proof. This company is all about the sale of very expensive solar system, and takes zero care of the customer during or after the installation. They harass you to sign agreements before the work is completed, to get you to the next step in the process, and start charging your account before installation even is operational. The sales person nor project manager will tell you the steps of the process, and actually lie to you regarding having to pay the electricity bill at the same time as the solar panel bill. Thankfully this error does not affect the production of the system or what is recorded by your utility meter but we have requested that scheduling be expedited to correct this issue.

Zero organization in the company, pure chaos. Took months for them to just get permits, weeks to get the first part of my install done (which failed inspection), then another month or two to get them back out here to fix it (which as of writing this still has not happened). Everything took so long I started to feel like I was getting scammed and tried to cancel. I've had non-functional panels sitting on my roof for over a month! We were sold a bill of goods tgat isnt living up to the expectations. Were paying 300$ for. The system and STILL paying a high electric bill. If I could give a zero star rating I would. This is the WORST decision Ive ever been conned into. Plus when *** tried to contact someone for help. Theyve been sold or farmed out to ADT. This is (in my opinion) criminal behavior.
