CALLS ME 10 TIMES A DAY, I DO NOT WANT A FREE SOLAR ESTIMATE, I RENT. ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO TAKE ME OFF OF THEIR CALL LIST, EVERY DAY I RECEIVE **** SPAM CALLS. SCAM COMPANY.

My name is ****** *****, I am really disappointed with Sunpro solar because they came to install some solar panels on my house about a year ago. They did not work and they never gave me a solution to fix my problem, and they started charging me for the solar panels as if they were working. The seller never took the call to resolve my issue, I'm not using the solar panels because they weren't working and I decided turn everything off. Will tell you what you want to hear and not provide 100% of promises. Was told by sales rep that they would insulate my attic as part of my deal. I have had 3 people look in my attic and tell me they will be installing and almost 1year later I still have no insulation in attic. I was then told that was not part of my plan, when explained what was told to me they called me back and stated they will correct because it was their fault.... Still have not fulfilled. I am very upset with this company, no one calls you back. It's the biggest run around I have ever seen. My service was suppost to have started in February, it is now July, no communication. I get the reply I will get my supervisor and they will reply. This place is full of supervisors with no answers. I will not give this company any stars, but you have to, to leave a complaint.

Agreed to buy the system back in March. All the plans approved and site inspection done, but still don't have the system. I'm getting worried I won't have it while the tax credit is still good (this year). I'm excited to get this started, but I'm losing faith that its actually going to happen...

I only wish it were possible to give a negative rating because that is what these people deserve! If I could roll back the clock to March of this year when I signed up with these crooks, I would have pulled up the BBB reviews and dared that BS salesman to tell me they have a high rating (he did in fact tell me and show me some papers that claim they have good ratings), what a scam and obviously a liar and a *****. Don't deal with this company!!!! They are now ADT Solar!!!We purchased a solar system from them and the salesman told us after the installation that we would be up and running within two to three weeks. Well, going on two months now and we are still waiting. They said Duke had to come out and inspect the work. Still, going on two months and we have nothing. Sales person tried to break into my home. Stayed at my residence for 40 minutes while my 12 year old daughter was inside alone. My daughter had a panic attack and unable to breath. ************************* did not leave until my 19 year old son arrived and told him to leave because he was scaring his sister. Instead ******************** moved to my neighbors house and parked. Finally, my husband called him and told he to leave immediately.

Waste of time. Contacted the company for a free estimate. The salesman came out, ************************* and spoke with us about the system etc. Talked about putting us both on the contract and took both of our information. Days then weeks went by barely hearing from him. We had to reach out to the company to get his phone number because he had never given it to us directly. Once we got that he kept ignoring the calls.
