Stay away from this company at all costs! My solar unit was installed In August 2022. My meter and permission to operate by ************* was finished in mid December 2022. My system is still not operating and they owe me payment checks for ******* and February. If you don't believe me, check out their dismal 1.86 out of 5 rating and the myriad of complaints they have with the Better Business Bureau. Can't get anyone to return my calls. We were very excited to get solar and the salesman we had was very helpful. We had to cut down quite a few trees to get solar which we were told that ADT would reimburse us for. Months went by with out starting but many resigning moments finally someone dropped off a permit. A few weeks later the electrician showed up to install the electrical part of the solar. Three weeks later we were told that we would have to refinance because they have not started yet. In the process of installing the electrical they knocked out my ADT... read more

The sales guy (*******) sat at my kitchen table and promised me, not once, but multiple times that I would get 26 percent back with my taxes and that I had to pay back to the loan company to keep my payment at 300. Just did my taxes. I'm not eligible. My solar bill plus my electric is double what I was paying for electric. Do not use this company. They will tell you anything just to get you to buy. It's a scam of the highest order. When I called the loan company (dividend) the lady rudely told me I should have read the fine ... read more

After 8 months of ADT trying to get the white elephant they sold me up and running I got a second notice from the power company that there are corrections that need to be made before they will install the production meter. I have reached out to ADT and as expected nobody will pickup or return a call. Our agreement says that the system will be operational approximately 120 days from when the contract was signed, we are now double that and still no solar. I had my system installed almost a year ago. Final inspection has not happened yet. I would not trust this company with your roof. They have totally let me down.
