I have a worse installers coming to my house and didn't install the panels correctly and leave cables hanging on the shingles and transfer box hanging from the panels, debris under panels , body oils on panels, poor handling of the job . The project manager didn't care about the complaints and continue with the final inspection, is a TOTAL MESS, dealing with the company trying to get a solution to the situation.
We had the most terrible experience with ADT Solar! Awful customer service, communication, management and quality. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Over 7 months to get the system up and working! Workers cut my power, cable and irrigation! They even urinated on my property in broad daylight! I endured at least 24 different issues with this company. The product has not been reliable. All 23 of my panels have had to be replace over the past 5 years. Since ADT Assumed full control the service responce has diminished greatly. I presently have two additional panels malfunctioning and all I get are excuses and delays about a responce time to correct the problem.
This company has no remorse whatsoever. They don’t care they lied to so many inocente people saying “your bill will be completely eliminated “ when that’s all lies. I even asked my representative when he said they will even contact my current energy provider and AEP that I wouldn’t have to do anything , they will take care of all the process. So from the beginning of the process to the end was lies and constant problems. I signed our paperwork sometime in March, panels would be installed sometime in June. I was told we would receive a rebate for 1500$ when our install was completed as well as a 500$ credit to our utility. Furthermore I had plans to refinance in August and was guaranteed the panels wouldnt be a problem. Consumer be aware ADT Solar is no good.Nothing they say and do should be taken seriously . In August 2021 I signed the contract for the solar panels to be installed couple months later they installed the panels on my house and it is over a year now and the system is still not up and running they will never take responsibility for their action every three months a different person is assigned to my project makes a lot of promises and nothing happens they also promised that I would get a tax refund and also a refund of $2000.0... read more
ADT solar installed my panels about 4 to 5 months ago I have called them,sent emails it put on hold for hours to try to get them out to fix my solar panels with no luck. Buyer by aware when you do business with them they are paid up front not after they do the job once they get their money they are not worried about the customer or customer service.. Horrible company and even worse since ADT solar bought them out. Project started August 2nd 2021 and after $60k+ in damages to my home including poisoning our water well with raw sewage, structural damages, roof damages, electrical issues, panel issues, installation issues, no communication, and the worst customer service know to mankind... ADT SOLAR LACKS IN CUSTOMER SVC. MY AGREEMENT WITH ADT SOLAR STARTED MID MAY 2022 IN WHICH I FINANCED A NEW ROOF &SOLAR PANELS. ADT SOLAR AT FIRST, WERE PROMPT ON THE ROOFING & INSTALLATION.
