Sales Team talked a great game.... Ended there!! Stay away at all costs from ADT. They do not support the installation team and when you finally get a traveling crew come from out of state months later to through just the soalr panels on your roof so they can get paid. you will not hear from them again for months. they get paid , you have to start paying and they dont care at all..BIG PONZI SCHEME THEY ARE!!

worst customer service I've dealt with, waiting for almost 6 months and when scheduled the installation no one came nor call, even when I called , left voicemails, sent emails to account manager, sales man ,etc.

Not a word out of their mouths is true. Saving money, off setting payment, basically paying the same. They feed you lies to make it feel like your payments will not go up. Shined us on for nine months. Worst decision we made. Total scam. App doesnt work the way they say. Sale person no longer work for them. They dont know of the manager that talk to us over the phone.

Let's put it this way. The actual Install Technicians seem to know how to do their jobs. However, the back office is very disorganized. My family signed up for solar via ADT/Sun Pro on July 28, 2022. We still have no service. The backoffice is very poor. They need to improve their customer communcations drastically. Very disapointed.

We live in ** and have had our system installed a little over 10 months and have had great luck with it. Our salesman was awesome and super straight forward didn't sell us a pipe dream. We have not had an electrical bill over 13 Dollars yet. We are waiting on our state incentives and have already received our Federal Tax Credit. Great crew and sales staff. Communication took a day sometimes.
