So I fell for adt solar scam , the salesman told us it was going to be a home improvement loan and wouldnt effect us that bad for getting other loans in the future well comes to find out the 64k dollars we financed for our system effected us like a personal loan and now have to much secured debt , we got the system installed end of 2022 and its now may 2023 and not up and running I called to have them taken off my roof and they said they are yours you have to pay 257 dollars a month and if you dont pay the 30 percent tax cre... read more

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the communication and permit process regarding a solar panel detach and reset as a roofing contractor on behalf of one of our clients. We signed up the homeowner in early December! and it has now been several months of delays and miscommunications that have significantly slowed down the process of replacing their roof.One of the biggest issues has been the permit revision process. This is for to be the biggest scam ever. They call from several numbers that identify as spam, can get any customer support, I just signed up for this mess, got the panels, went through an inspection, and now still waiting on the PTO (Permission to operate) no response, then I get a bill from the finance company to make a payment for something I can't even use. I wish I had looked up this company a head of time, cause if I did that, I would of found all of the terrible reviews, and advise not to go with this company for sola... read more

We used Sunpro who is now ADT Solar for our solar panels back in 2017 and had an issue with them but due to their contract for compensation to resolve that issue we had to remove our original negative review. They essentially pay to keep their high star rating on search engine. Now we are having issues again and their customer service representative *************************** has closed our claim without providing any solution at all and completely ignoring all notes associated with our account. Senior Citizen scam - they came in person to met my elderly mother, who's on a fixed income and is physical poor health (the sales person would have clearly noticed this at the in-person consultation). They convenience her, at 80 years old, to sign a 15 year loan for purchase price $41k ($70k over term of the loan) to greatly reduce her electric bill ($100/per month) to pay a monthly installment on a loan of $272 to save $100.
