It's a horrible company to do business with it took them 3 months to get the necessary permits, they charged me 78,000.00 for the system with the promise that it would eliminate blackouts and power bills I thought ok, I can deal with a monthly payment in place of a power bill, and eventually it will be energy independent. My Dec 2022 bill was 192.00 plus the payment of 290.00 January 2023 bill was 143.00 plus the 290.00 payment February bill was 44.00 plus the 290.00 payment. Does this sound good to you? Since becoming ADT Solar, I would give a 0 rating. We have had our solar panels since 2/13/20.After hurricane Ian we contacted ADT Solar to have solar panels removed and replaced while our roof was replaced due to wind damage. we also need 4 solar panels replaced. Adt Solar informed us they are affiliated with Buildpro , a roofing company. This would make it easier to coordinate the project. So we contracted with both companies. We paid a deposit of half the total cost of the project inorder to get the permit process started... read more

Absolutely awful is the only way to describe our experience with ADT Solar. The project was so delayed by ADT that I had to start making payments on the panels and pay the electric bill also! When negotiating for the install, we were told that if we ran in to the situation where the loan payments were due but the system wasnt up and running ADT would make the payments in the loan. But its been like pulling teeth trying get them to pay. 15 days late each time and now I cant even get ahold of them to set up payments. So now I ... read more

We, unfortunately, got scammed into getting these panels. We had a rep come to our house and spend a little over 3 hours giving us a speech and showing us a video on their solar panels. He kept telling us what a great investment they were and how we would receive a tax refund of over 12k which we could use to pay the solar loan and have a much lower payment, these were the reps exact words, and their company would send us a check of $2400 when the solar panels were all set up so we could pay our light bill for 2 years while ... read more
