Do not trust this company, the salesperson will swear up and down that you will receive a tax credit large enough to pay off the % required to keep your bills low but this is 100% false. You'll end up paying a much higher bill for not much gain, seriously wish I would have explored other options. Avoid this company like the plague. Gave them a 1 star review because a 0 star review isn't an option.
ADT Solar is the worst. I have been waiting for months for them to come and finish the installation. I was told October and it is now 4 months later and still not up and running, but I've been having to pay for it for 2 months now. The replaced the electrical panel and since then I've had 4 plug ins stop working, one was connected to my freezer so i thought that my freezer went out and after spending over $1100 for a new freezer and losing half of my meat, I plugged it in and realized it wasn't my old freezer afterall, it wa... read more

Warning: do NOT let ******* from ADTsolar sell you solar panels!!! He is a horrible salesman that tells you whatever it takes to get you to sign on. We have solar panels thanks to his lies and now we are stuck with a huge loan to pay them off! Not only this, but the monthly payment on the loans will eventually increase which we have no control over. When he was selling us on solar, I was hesitant because we need new windows for our house (we believe we still have the original windows from when the house was built in ****.) I... read more

Sales pitch is 100% false, I've spoke with my tax consultant and a credited tax attorney, you in no way will receive a BULK 30% of install Refund on your taxes, therefore you can not forward said bulk amount to the financial lender to retain lower payment. Also customer service is NONE EXSISTANT after installation, approval for operation is a minimum of 6 months. And 4 months actively solar still no srec recordings or sales! Complete SHAM!
Don't do business with ADT Solar. It is over 6 months since I signed the contract and it is not yet done. They didn't do the work as per the St.Louis county approval and the inspection failed. They claim that it will still take a few weeks to come and fix. Every call they are lying and we can see. Please don't do business with ADT Solar.
