SunPro or ADT solar must have burned all the bridges in the normal stomping grounds and have moved into my area of Wichita, Kansas and MAN I wish I would have done more research before going with them. My Older Sister who has severe health ******************** and is taking medications for dementia was sold these Solar Panels for her home. They have not worked to lower her electric **** due to trees blocking the sun, and now she is paying not only a high electric **** but also for the panel installation as well as other associated charges.She has called numerous times to have them removed and they will not return her calls nor address her issues.My sister is an older widow with dementia as well as severe health issues. Handed off 8 x in a year to different reps. Solar panels installed 9/24/21 unable to pass inspections due to neglect and poor communication between township, Ameren and Sun Pro. I will be seeking litigation and damages as panels were paid in full on instalation.. Also unable to reach anyone in management to complain and work out resolution.. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting for months (several months) to get my solar system connected to the grid with the bi-directional flow meter from Duke Energy . I am paying for both solar and utility....no discount etc. By calling Duke Energy and asking questions I figured out the SunPro submitted the incorrect info but never followed up to correct it. Last year I had over two dozen solar panels installed by Sun Pro Solar (now called ADT Solar), I picked them because they were ranked #1 in the nation and been in business for a decade.Well I have a question about my guarantee and a possible warranty.Come to find out Sun Pro either was bought out by, or changed their name to, ADT Solar, and now it appears they could care less about any guarantees and promises they've made.They are a big company with money, I'm just another person who can't afford high court costs...they defi... read more

This is the worst company, they do not stand behind their work or what they say or promise. I have had this system for 2yrs now and my electric bills are high, also I have a loan which causes me to have higher bills than I had before. One of the companies executives told me the panels installed are not enough to cover my needs, and they will not install more unless I pay for it. They told me a tree was blocking the sun, they paid to have it removed, did not help, and my home is hotter since the tree is gone, now no one calls... read more

Loads of promises beginning to think worst mistake I ever made a $50000 mistake go solar they say save money they say zero down yeah all that is true until months and months have gone by and still unable to hook up service because you have to wait for this person wait for that inspector what a load of ****they want to sign you up get their money upfront from finance company and leave you waiting for months to hopefully one day use the ****system.
