I had my system installed almost a year ago. Final inspection has not happened yet. I would not trust this company with your roof. They have totally let me down.

Worst customer service imaginable. Almost 3 months after having my panels installed, no one from ADT can tell me why they are unable to schedule an inspection. I called hundreds of time, told someone would call me back, and have yet to receive a single phone call. No one I have spoken to has a clue, and any other solar company would be preferable to ADT.Can't speak about the quality of the panels, because no one from ADT can help me get them turned on. Please do NOT use ADT Solar, you will regret it every step of the way.

Signed a one time only deal, give a little over $7,000 down. Then decided against it in the grace ******* They canceled the contract as I requested, but they cant seem to get my check from the sales representative. He had taken a vacation, several bosses were supposed to get this taken care of. This game has been going on since 1/20/23. Ended up canceling my check so that there are no surprises

Do not trust this company, the salesperson will swear up and down that you will receive a tax credit large enough to pay off the % required to keep your bills low but this is 100% false. You'll end up paying a much higher bill for not much gain, seriously wish I would have explored other options. Avoid this company like the plague. Gave them a 1 star review because a 0 star review isn't an option.
