Sunpro installed panels months ago, due to poor installation and bad communication I have paid both the loan for installation and very high electric bills. The panels were not functional for five months. They made promises of reimbursement for payments until functional and pay fourteen hundred dollars for initial installation. I have seen no reimbursement at this time. We signed a contract in December and our salesman told us we would have panels by early spring. It is now late May, and getting answers to why it is taking so long is like pulling teeth. Any message I send or call I make takes over 24 hours to get a response, and the response is always, "I don't know why it's taking so long but I'll find out" and then I don't get a follow up. We contracted with them, and after shopping around discovered we were supremely being taken advantage of. They were charging almost 290/month for their system, and we got better coverage from another company, for nearly half the price. Same warranty. Then I call them to cancel, and the lady tells me she can lower the price. meanwhile, if your sleezy sales rep gave me the best price up front, maybe i would trust your company.

Do not do business with this company it is a scam and what ever you do don't sign contract with them . They tell you how good this is going to be for you as a customer and have you sign all kinds of agreements but will not put anything in writing to back up what they say. They changed my original layout plan without me agreeing to so I decided to cancel and now they are threatening me with a $ ***** dollar cancelation fee this company is not a reputable company.

Our cancellation fee is a reflection of the resources and efforts that go into beginning a construction project for example the licensed design team sent you an optional design you chose against. Also, included in our contract it clearly states our cancellation policy. A customer success agent will be reaching out to go over any other questions or concerns you may have.

This started around June 2021, just had a new roof put on in Oct 2020, had ***************************, came out it just like a timeshare they get you hook line and sinker, a pretty picture, I was told the total price is ****** and when the contract came it was ****** ,they had peoples come out here to put the panels on first put them on the wrong sides and I gave them the shingle that match ours and they has to come back and take off, for the third times and got water damage in the bedroom, did nothing about it,and they did... read more

My step son owns the house his mother and I live in in July of 2021 he decided to get solar installed and choose Sunpro as the company to use it took two months for the panels to be in stalled then another six months for them to hook up the wiring and to get the test of the system ran since then we have been waiting for our energy company to come out and switch the meter so we can actually use the solar panels it is now been nearly a year since my step son contacted Sunpro and their customers service has been nearly none exc... read more

On May 19 I received 12 calls from this company from different phone numbers..On May 20 I received 14 calls different numbers and all have a check **** that they have been verified by carrier..

I signed my contract on December 7th, 2021. In February I was able to get the panels installed, but not hooked up. On March 1, 2022 the electricians came to wire everything. Both times I had to have a family member there to supervise because I couldn't get out of work. After the electricians left, I started noticing things missing in my garage. The items in my garage are my deceased father's belongings who passed April 28, 2021. I don't have an itemized list of everything he had, so I have no way of knowing what the value is... read more

If I could score as 0 stars that what it would be I requested NOT to receive any more calls from ADT SOLAR last Wednesday 5-11-22the representative apologized and said she will remove my phone number and I placed them on blocked call list as of 5-18-22 I have received 20 missed calls from various numbers attached to ADT SOLAR which I noted and I placed them in the block section so spoke directly to a representative AGAIN requesting DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN IM NOT INTERESTED,and requested a supervisor the representative claim the... read more
