ADT SOLAR should be investigated for what I believe are deceptive business practices. They signed me up claiming they could install on my slate roof then after told me they couldn’t. They promised me reimbursement of roof work they had me do for over $12k but have never reimbursed. They said the job would be done by year end 2021. It is now January 2023 and still not done. They don’t return calls, texts or emails and are utterly non responsive. I am afraid I am going to have to sue. Worst company with whom I have ever worked... read more

Worst solar company around, do not use them. I was told project would take 90-120 days and we're going on 9 months now. They lie about time frame to get the job done, they schedule days for the work to get done and the crews don't show up and when you call and ask what happened they say "I don't know" The management doesn't return your phone calls and if you tell them that you feel like you deserve part of the cost back they (the management) get snotty with you and tell you they have a legal team if you want to go a differen... read more

I signed a contract for solar back in July 5th, 2022 with the understanding that it would be installed within 2.5 months. It's been over 7 months and all I've received is lies and misinformation. I have now canceled the contract and asked for my $1000 deposit back. Again I received their standard responce, "we'll refer this to our lead management ". When I checked with the BBB ratings this company had an A+ rating 7 months ago. I hope they change their rating for adt solar very soon!

Sooo sorry we ever put one ounce of trust in this company. This has been a nightmare since signing their contract back on June 18, 2022. We had our large oak trees cut back that next weekend as told to do for solar success. We are now paying $450 electric bill's as result of shade they provided, thinking that everything thing would be done in a timely manner.
