Our last electric bill was $16.61. Basically, we have traded our electric bill for our payment on the solar panels, except that when the panels are paid for, we will own them, and still have very little to pay the electric company. The app on our phones is fun to watch as we can see how much electricity the panels are producing, and also how much electric we are consuming.

I signed the contract with them on March 30, 2021, I remember well that we asked the seller how much the final value of the panels would be and he said approximately $25500 for 25 panels, only he forgot to tell us that this value would be in cash. So that's when he said the installment would be $158.53 a month for 25 years. At the time I thought, I'm going to stop paying for regular energy and pay for the panels. Sales guy came to my house. 1. Not impressed. 2. The cost of the system is $40 more a month than what I pay in electric now. 3. after he left, he said he would send the proposal to me, what he emailed me was screenshots of the presentation. when I asked why he didn't provide me with the specs of the system he is proposing to install I received the following response "Just like car dealer, we don't itemize" ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!??? ADT is advertising on on Youtube commercials that, if you qualify, a government grant is going to pay for your solar panels, installation and give you $2500 for putting solar on your home through ADT. You give your info after clicking the link and they call you immediately. Then the person on the phone sets up a consultation to tell you how much you can expect to pay (an estimate). I have a complaint of misrepresentation of product productivity. SunPro Solar failure to have my panels up and operational in a timely manner. SunPro installers damaged my roof and it cost me $7000.00 thousand dollars to replace a portion of the roof. I lost wages due to SunPro appointments at the owners property. SunPro Solar failure to produce two *********** walls.and failure to install EV charging station in my garage as a replacement for the *********** walls. This company needs to repay all costs for the problems they cause. The installers left cut off material in the gutters and yard. Electrician left his wiring trash in the area he worked in. Was told by one installer to turn disconnect on after inspection. Installer informed me that there was a problem and would turn in problem. I waited a week and no repair was done, I called Sunpro and they did not known about problem. However system error notice was on.City inspector said not to until meter is replaced. We have had high quality experiences during the several steps along our solar panel install. We contracted for 25 panels. When the install was reviewed we received a report that the actual count was 26. We were surprised with your decision to leave the extra panel in place but only charge us for 25 panels. That was a rare behavior in our cutthroat corporate world. Thanks.

Sunpro provided us with a great team of installers. It took longer than I expected to get everything installed, but I was very impressed with their panels and the high output.
