It took us over a year to have a roof and solar panels completed. It has been 4 months and we still have not received the agreed on rebates. Solar is not worth the money.

Sunpro keeps calling and wont stop even AFTER being told to "STOP". What part of S T O P don't you understand? Blocking your number does no good. All you do is change the last four digits to avoid being blocked. To purposely keep changing numbers in an effort to avoid a 'Block' and to keep calling AFTER you were told to STOP may be criminal. New home owners (Less than two years in our home) and were excited about making improvements to our home for a good lifetime investment. Had Sunpro come out to provide initial inspection and provide estimate. We had concerns about what all the install would entail, what type of inspections and permits would be required. This company has been making unsolicited telemarketing calls to my husband's personal number looking for me (homeowner) for months. He has repeatedly told them no, has asked that they remove his number from their calling lists, and has even blocked multiple numbers. Sunpro continues to spoof numbers and even calls from 'local' numbers. Today's call promised a free month of ADT for allowing them to visit. Informative and quick to respond. Everyone has been very helpful throughout the whole operation. Wonderful staff, communication is great. The installation crew did an amazing job. They handled everything in a professional manner.

50% Chance ******* Solar Nightmare It is unfortunate to want to do solar and in the end be advocate to not get solar in ******* residential, your neighbors are horrified, and your stuck with a 20 year loan. Real ROI is like 23 years don't be fooled. FYI Solar in general is bad at residential level and new ******* net metering makes it useless. Get a Generator and Gas tank for backup power. Waste of your time. Sales rep sucked. Lied about everything. And the loan had a balloon payment and penalty he never told us about. He said he was new. More like a scammed. Kept trying to get near our monthly ****. Signed the loan yesterday to do more research. Told the sales rep at **** to cancel he said he would and kept giving me new offers. I had to call and cancel myself at 8pm. Dodged a bullet you should too. Run!!!

I am not happy with the service at all! My panels have been up for at least 6 weeks now and still are not hooked up yet! I have already had to make my first payment and don't know if they will refund it or not! I give them a "thumbs down"!

This company will not stop calling. I have never answered a call from them, but they continue to call. Calling 3-4 times per day and even on weekends. I have tried blocking them, but they call on different phone numbers. This is harassment.
