This company since day one has been nothing but he'll I canceled it the first time then the gm called me and kept on and talked me back into it .will I canceled it a second time they said ok them 3 days later a lady called me and says I can't cancel it if I do I would have to pay **** dollars. They kept push this on me and I kept telling them I don't want it from the start I can't afford it I have to get help every month with my electric bill . I can NEVER recommend this company. They WAY overcharge and when I laughed at their estimate for a "flop", ($12,300), they immediately dropped $4,000 off the price. But since then, they've been dragging their feet and now there is snow in the forecast and my roof needs replaced. This all started back in August. It's now December. This company is horrible. DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! Look at their reviews online.

Customer support and service repair are near non-existent with ADT Solar.The turnover of their employees is the worst. Email contacts simply vanish.As for the phone contact numbers, you can never get the same person twice and they all just rely on the flimsiest of reasons why their service response time is 4+ weeks out, when it is even worse than that.The sales number will respond to you within 30 seconds.Yet, after your purchase and installation: expect the call waiting for a service request to be up to an hour. I was told that these solar panels would produce enough energy(kilowatts) to cover the consumption of energy( kilowatts) that I use for my house. If I over produced then the extra kilowatts would be able to be sold back or used for a month that came up short on production. I have had the panels installed for over a year now and not one time have I not had an electric bill, other than for 3 months and that's because Sunpro sent a $500 check to my electric company.
