VERY UNRELIABLE, lied to us many different times. At the signing of my contract I was told that the system would be operational before the end of 2021. To assure that I would receive the tax credit for the same year that I purchased your product. I feel that I fell into an association with a sham company. I would not recommend this company to anyone else. I dont want to create any enemies.

I signed up for Solar with Sunpro in July 2021. I was excited to do my part in reducing my impact on the world. ****, my sales rep was amazing. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Due to the pandemic I expected some delays, but here we are in March 2022 and the service is still not producing power. The rep I met with was prompt, knowledgeable, and personable. He answered all of my questions and educated me regarding the benefits of solar. I was eager to move forward with getting a quote for installation. Unfortunately, due to how my town manages the electricity they buy, Sunpro refuses to move forward, as its no benefit for me. The company will tell it will take 2 days to install at the most. don't hold your breath my project started Feb 19,2022 and 3 days and I still do not have a system hooked up it has been a month and I have no ideal if or when it will be completed.I have heard nothing from the installers. I called my sales person to find out he is no longer with the company. at this point I would not recommend this company unless you don't care about your time and money. If I could give them 0 stars I would at this time.

We began our process with SunPro in 2021.They made promises they have not kept.Part of our very expensive purchase was an upgrade to our electrical panel from 200 amp to 400 amp to ensure it would handle the extra load.First they tried to install another 200 amp.panel, we caught this while they were doing the work and the reinstalled it old panel.Sothey promised today, March 7th would be the day the 400 amp panel and final connections would happenno one showedno one answers our callsour account managers email response indica... read more

I waited for a few years to get solar power to my home because I thought I wouldn't be able to afford it. Sunpro showed me that I could afford it and helped get me financed. It took a while for the panels to be installed but after a few false starts, they all went up perfectly. Great company!

When I first called Sunpro last spring, I had it in my mind how big of a solar system I needed. The salesman assured me that the system I had in mind was bigger than I needed. I was resistant at first, but he explained to me that the system I had in mind was overkill. Boy am I glad I listened! Not only is the insalled system more then sufficient for what I need, but the smaller system was cheaper and easier to maintain. Kudos to Sunpro for teaching their salespeople to focus on customers and not just sales.

Beware of Sunpro Solar. We are unhappy with the way we have been treated by this company. We were told we would get solar panels in December of 2021. That was 3 months ago. Now we're paying two bills instead of one, and it's their fault for getting us into this mess. We gave them our trust. They told me the fine print was just business hoops and persuaded me into not reading it. Now we have to pay two bills. Mosaic AND OPPD. Unbelievable.
