Terrible service. Lack of communication.I am considering installing a solar system army home and asked ADT Solar for a bid. I met at my home with a sales person, gave him a check for $1000 and signed some documents to enable the project to advance. I made it clear I was still getting estimates. I have tried to contact ADT Solar since then and have been unsuccessful. Calling only goes to voice mail and I never get a callback, even when I call the number for supervisor. I entered in a contract with ADT Solar to purchase and have them install solar panels on my house. This purchase was being financed with Dividend Finacial not ADT Solar. Yet ADT Solar placed a lean on my property. I did not enter into any financial contract with AST Solar.The salesman that came to my house had me sign a "Notice of Commencement" which I thought was for **************** since the salesman, through ADT Solar, put me in contact with **************** and assisted me in obtaining my loan for the purchase and insta... read more

We're still waiting after 9 months! The sales man, supervisor and the account manager all have left the company. Terrible customer service. Don't give them any referrals! Don't sign the contract, run.

We have installed the solar panels a little over a year ago and its still not running. They took forever to install them, ordered the wrong items, inspection appointment took forever, now they failed the inspection 3 times. This is a complete scam!
