We have been waiting for our proposal on a condo building common area estimate since April 2022 The representative just doesn't care about our job and is avoiding us.Don't trust this company, called company multiple times and there is no response from customer service. This is very disrespectful to customers and we feel very uncomfortable working with this company.This job is worth $200K they are running their business backwards.Don't use this company is a 0 They don't need our job so I would never give this company our job.... read more

I'm sorry to say that SunPro/ADT Solar is not a company that lives up to their promises. We chose to add solar to our home to be energy independent and have peace of mind in case of a power outage with a battery backup. After the contract was signed and we were in the 4 month period awaiting installation, I asked our sales representative to review the size of the system as I was convinced that we would be short of our needs. I have a worse installers coming to my house and didn't install the panels correctly and leave cables hanging on the shingles and transfer box hanging from the panels, debris under panels , body oils on panels, poor handling of the job . The project manager didn't care about the complaints and continue with the final inspection, is a TOTAL MESS, dealing with the company trying to get a solution to the situation.

We had the most terrible experience with ADT Solar! Awful customer service, communication, management and quality. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Over 7 months to get the system up and working! Workers cut my power, cable and irrigation! They even urinated on my property in broad daylight! I endured at least 24 different issues with this company. The product has not been reliable. All 23 of my panels have had to be replace over the past 5 years. Since ADT Assumed full control the service responce has diminished greatly. I presently have two additional panels malfunctioning and all I get are excuses and delays about a responce time to correct the problem.
