Up to this time, I would have rated Sunpro a zero, but once I had a conversation with *** , I am finally able to work with someone who cares. I would like to give *** 5+, she has been a gift sent from heaven. I think ADT needs to look at the management of the company they purchased, very disappointed that ADT would accept this type of business behavior, just look at the reviews, lying and misrepresentation.I think the BBB should investigate this business.

I haven't had it long enough to give an accurate rating. we have had some problems with the enlighten app working properly, but ********** has been on top of the problem and trying to remedy the situation. Only have had 1 **** from the electric company since it was turned on but we didn't see a much of a savings yet because it was only active 1 week of the month so far. Will leave another review later when we can see if all that was represented is accurate.

I purchased solar panels from sunpro last year and still havent been hooked up. Now when I try and reach out to them project manager and regional manager they will not return my calls. I was told once my panels were hooked up I would have 30 days to decide if I like them I have paid numerous payments and have yet to be able to use the service of the solar panels

Our experience was great, our salesman *********************** was very Informative, helpful and professional. We would highly recommend him to other seeking to go solar. We have been greatly satisfied with our decision to go solar. We can't wait until Georgia goes 100% solar in the near future!!!

I have received some of the worst customer service of any organization I have ever worked with. I have been bounced around through various departments. No one seems to communicate with the other departments. When they send people out to install, operate, fix, etc. they have NOT ONCE been on time. I repeatedly asked for morning appointments and they kept showing up late in the afternoon. One of the appointments was scheduled for 10:30 that morning (supposed to last only a few hours) they did not show up until after 4PM and st... read more

Put me on the daily call problem. I had 3 today, 2 yesterday, 3 last Thursday. It is like this every week for month on month. I block the numbers but they call again with a new number. I can't block all the ****** numbers they invent. This is pure harassment. I have to check my phone when it rings my mother is sick and then it is them again. This is heartless abuse on their part.

we signed a contract with Sunpro in July 2021 with the agreement from Sunpro that they would install the system within 90 days. They came and mounted the panels on my roof in September 2021 and told us to wait for the electricians to come and finish the job. A couple weeks after the panel installation it rained and I noticed water leaks. I took a video and pictures from inside the attic and noticed water leaks in multiple rafters and holes that were drilled during the instillation as if they were just drilling and missing th... read more
