We were excited at the prospect of adding solar panels, but buyer beware! SunPro (now ADT Solar)'s sales team talks a big game to the point of deceptive and predatory sales practices.During the process, we provided a year prior's worth of energy bills and were shown how our energy bill would drop to next-to-nothing directly from the sales materials. We have had our panels installed for two months now and are still not inspected and connected to OGE. The only response I receive from ADT is, that they are working on it. Loan payment begins soon on our nonfunctional system. Very frustrated with this no responsive company.

We contracted with ADT Solar to install Solar panels and a back up battery on our home. We signed a contract based on the pre approved financing at 3.99% with the job to be completed within 6 months. ADT failed to coordinate work. Failed to get the rough inspection completed in a timely manner. For over 6 months after receiving a nearly $10,000 deposit, this company failed to advance at all towards installation of the solar system that I purchased and did not meet their contractual deadlines. They lost permitting paperwork for my case, failed to respond to calls and emails, and were--by their own admission--dishonest with me in their representation of the work that they intended to complete. We have ADT home security service, so when we had to leave town suddenly due to my mothers death, and got a call that had ADT as part of the *** I picked it up, even though we were knee deep in funeral planning. I led with, if this call is about our security system, Ill take it, but if youre calling to sell us something, I wont, because my mother has just passed away and we are planning the funeral now. WoW!!! I wish I read the reviews before I signed a contract with this company;. All the comments below, I can relate too., Because it's happened to me, and is still happening right now. Last Aug 2021 I signed a contract with ADT. Last Nov 2021 my panels were installed. Since then, the electricians have come out to install, redo errors, and again come out and redo errors. ADT is a RIP OFF!!!! Do not use this service. My system was installed in August 2022, I haven't been able to use the system yet. They have been avoiding my calll with promises that they will send someone out to do repairs on the damages that was caused when they installed the system. This company since day one has been nothing but he'll I canceled it the first time then the gm called me and kept on and talked me back into it .will I canceled it a second time they said ok them 3 days later a lady called me and says I can't cancel it if I do I would have to pay **** dollars.
