I had solar panels installed in June of 2022. I am witing for the installation to be inspected. I call frequently to ask about the permitting process. Each time I leave a message, I am told that I will get a call back within "24 business hours". I get a call back about maybe 1/3 of the time. I am told a different story every time but never get results. I am very disappointed.

10 months later and still not up and running! Multiple failed inspections and Im not understanding why if this is what you do as a company! Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and the amount of time it takes to even get a call or text back! Dont be fooled and seek other companies!

We purchased solar panels back in 12/2020 from Sun Pro Solar before they were ADT Solar. The sales person assured my husband that our power bill with panels would be $10 - $20 a month. We are now in 08/2022 and we've only had a few bills in that range. During peak usage summer and winter months I now have a $156 loan payment for these panels in addition to $150 -$170 electric bills. It's costing me more than before we had solar panels!!! We've also had a recent issue with many of the micro-inverters being off due to a trippe... read more

ADT has a good team of Solar professionals. ***************** kept in contact with us all through the installation and after to inform us of the progress that was being accomplished. She was a wonderful asset to ADT's solar team. ***************************** was also very helpful is giving us assistance. The team doing the work installing the system on our tile roof was excellent in informing us as to problems encountered and resolved. .******************* was able to execute redesign problems with the installation on the r... read more

Do Not Use ADTSolar.I had my panels installed on June 6 and they still have not been inspected an turned on. Today they withdraw the first payment even though I was told that I wouldn't be making any payments until the system was up and running. they claim the issue was my HOI information they original one I sent was expired(it was vaild when i sent it). I've since sent upwards of 10 emails with my HOI attached and they claim that "we didn't get it". Which is funny considering I also Bcc each email and everyone else ive sent... read more

Forgot to add that the only time I get a response is when I send and email without the attachment. And their response is we didn't get it. But everyone I Bcc gets the attachment.
