Sunpro solar is the worst company to deal with. They don't fulfill their obligations and will not resolve customers concerns. They only think about sales.
They lied, gaslighted me and then couldn't deliver on their end of the contract. Then wanted me to pay for their negligence.
Was told I didn't need internet for the solar system to operate to expectations. Then Sunpro had everything installed on and in my house, at the last minute I was informed I had to have internet. Then I was told that Sunpro was working on a solution and that carried it out past the 10 day cancellation period when I could have canceled my contract with them. This all happened in July 2021 and it's now September and still no solution. And Sunpro Solar has stopped communications on the situation. There has been lots of calls in... read more
We received a visit from the sales man at our home to offer us a switching deal from GA ***** to Sunpro Solar. The deal went bad from he beginning. The sales stated we would not pay more than what we were paying for ***** when switching to solar. We questioned this from the start so, I told my husband I didn't want to go through with it as he originally lied when pitching the product. I called four business days in advance to set up an appointment....I asked twice to two different people to note the account to please let me know the name of the person coming to the ************* phone number....this never happened....i called their toll free number they were unable to reach a ******* & only got his voicemail. I am a retired person living alone & feel this company maybe a scam on retired people
I keep receiving calls from this place and i have blocked every number that they call from and they just keep calling from other numbers. I don't want your freaking solar panels and i don't want you to keep calling me!! LEAVE ME ALONE

I normally don't write positive reviews BUTI feel compelled to because this 5 star rating was earned.. I read these reviews doing my due diligence a few months ago while I was vetting Sunpro. Just have to say I am very happy I went with this company! ******************************************** May 2021 and absolutely thrilled with my experience and the performance of my system.
Sunpro feeds u so many lies just to get u to buy the Solar panels. At first they would call me all the time and when I would call they would return my calls very quick . After the sale was finalized nobody ever called me back or answered my 100+calls. I complained from the getgo and they never did anything to resolve my problem. They said having Solar panels I wouldn't have any light **** other than the pymnt of the solar panels. That was a LIE! I pay Solar panel plus I still have to pay light ****.
