I pretty much have the same complaints and most others. I'd warn all to not waste your time or money with this company. They install the panels very quickly in order to get their money from the lending company. But they don't activate the system right away. I've been waiting for over 5 months. Once they receive their money, you are on your own. Now I'm starting to get a **** from the lending company, in addition to still paying my electric ****. These people harass you into purchasing their products. I live in *******, My phone number is based out of ************* so these scam artist spoof a ************* number so you think someone else is calling ... pretty deceptive I can only imagine what their services are like
I would warn anybody who will listen not to get involved with Sunpro. The company is bad news. Just to summarize my overall experience it included screws from installation in the driveway, electrician trying to perform a non-code compliant install, rude treatment, incompetent staff on all levels, life safety hazards, and a salesperson named ***** that flat out lied about system production and the ability of the customer to achieve 100% energy independence from the local utility provider.
My solar system is state of art, the technology Outstanding!!
24 days since my initial install and still no date of completion. This company is a joke.
I had a 9am appointment this morning with a Sunpro sales representative. They confirmed the appointment twice via email. They never showed up and did not call or text.This is not a company I will do business with.

So, let me introduce myself my name is **** and I am an 11-year Army veteran. I moved to ***** for my job about 3 years ago and my wife wanted to look at going solar. I put in an inquiry for sun pro solar and two days later a representative named **** arrived. My husband and I purchased some 30+ panels with the promise that it would produce enough energy should we have a family of four living in our home in the future for when we decided to have children. It is currently just my husband and I yet we still receive $150+ electricity bills in the middle of summer when we are supposed to be producing so much excess energy that it will cover your darker winter months - right? They scheduled my install for 1 day knowing that it was going to take 2 days. I have not heard from them since. We now have a incomplete system. The installers were good but the scheduling *****. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know
