I received a call from this company regarding solar for my home. It would appear they are purchasing leads from a company which has been difficult to identify, and which they could not provide information for. However, the information Sunpro is obtaining is gathered using methods in violation of FTC rules on telemarketing. A complaint has been filed with the Federal Trade Commission.
Run the other way!!! If you want to pay for your electricity and solar system at the same time Sunpro is your company. Once they install your system they don’t care about you!!! First, they will tell you “we do everything”. Then you wait and wait and nothing gets done. Of course this all starts after the install. That is because that is when the clock starts to pay for the system. Second, the installers showed up and installed the system without a building permit. Their sales rep are giving the consumers misinformed information. Telling the consumer the loan on the panels can be resumed by new owner, thats panels can be moved once to a new home.... none of this is true. When you call the company they tell you if you didn't get the sales rep to write it down its not happening. They will tell you everything that sounds good and once they get their money. You are no longer a customer to them.

This company will not stop calling and texting me despite requests to be taken off their call list. I never even gave them my information so I’m not sure how they got it.

I want to start out by stating that we virtually never write reviews even when asked. Most are self serving or speciously gratuitous. We would be happy to write a review about the quality of the installation, the savings, the great value of the equipment and everything else about a new solar experience in the Rio Grande Valley. Don't believe this company they lie and cant keep promises. Since day 1 its been hell electricity was installed wrong and wires were crossed, pipes were installed at an ugly angle. The electricity guy was watching youtube to install everything.. To top it off one of the guys told me there's no point in solar because you don't save money!!! Rodney was very informative and positive about the product and as been very supportive after the install. Great representive for your vompany.
Their service is pathetic, hard to get ahold sells rep after signing contract. Hard to reach account manager, site manager. Damaged home and electrician performed poor service in cleaning up after service. I would not refer their service to anyone.
Horrible experience. Ran my credit then left can’t get in contact with anyone.
