Worst decision ever to go with sunpro/adt solar. Liars. They lied about amost everything. For example, I sat across from the sales person and he described the loan to me, he clearly said it was a 10 year loan. I glanced over it, but to my shame,... I trusted too much. It's a 20 year loan. They said payments wouldn't start till system was operational. I paid on the loan for 5 months before it was operational. They said it would basically wipe out energy bills. Solar does NOT - because of how they bill you from energy company.... read more

This company has called me 60 times since June 23. Today July 20th I have received 6 calls in 2 hrs. I never have contacted this company. I have called back on the numbers that show up on my caller id which has been at least 3 different ones. When the call is answered I get the regular this line is being recorded. As soon as I say I would like my number removed from their list they hang up.I don't even know if they are a real company. Even if they are I know I would never have anything to do with them.

My panels are up but it took two years. Like others have said they are full of unkept promises. I have called and emailed them and not heard back from them for months. Then when they finally do call, more promises are made only to be strung along for several more months. I am so fed up with them. They should not be allowed to get away with this.

This morning, a representative called but the line was broken up - I couldn't hear who was calling and thought it may have been a more personal call given that the display number was local. When I asked the caller to repeat who she was, she started yelling. I explained that I simply could not hear her the first time, and she started yelling again. I hung up. I have since blocked the phone number, contacted ADT Solar, contacted ADT, and am now submitting this review.... read more

6 mos. In and still nothing was done every time I called was like a broken record the team is meeting about your system this week for about 6 weeks in a row finally just canceled with them and lender
